Quaint home with a homey feel. It was the perfect getaway spot with a responsive and amazing owner. Would highly recommend and well worth the stay. The peace and serenity of the home only add to the nature and openness surrounding the property. I can’t say enough about how amazing the stay and Dylan was!

Beautiful house and location! Private but close to everything. House has everything you would need. If I needed to stay in the area again it would definitely be here.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. James was responsive and checked in and out was super easy. The house was super clean and has everything needed. Waterfront with access to kayaks. Great for fishing and boating, lovely nature surroundings. Very peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and private. Close to Laconia and about an hour to Conway. Great stay. Would definitely recommend. We plan to go back!!

Cannot say enough what a life safer. I had flown in from Florida and my 1st Airbnb was terrible /Airbnb got me out refunded me and on very short notice Ryan allowed me to make reservations that day! Stayed a week ! I was in Heaven! On the water, felt like home right away. What memories ! Canoeing and kayaking outside the door! BBQ all the time and never slept so good. He was an Angel in Disguise!

We had a lovely time at This Airbnb. The host was very responsive and friendly and even offered to check in early! My family loved it here . We had a clean comfortable environment with access to snacks and Netflix. Everything was as described. Thank you both so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Loved staying at Henniker Manor. Amenities listed were all included and area was clean and neat. Bedrooms were satisfactory and kitchen was large and clean as well. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay at Henniker Manor!

This is the second year that my group of friends has booked this location. If you are looking for a perfect vacation spot for you and 15 other friends or family, you honestly can’t do any better. Everyone has a bed, and there are plenty of bathrooms to go around. We cook all of our meals in, and having two fridges and kitchen with all of the pots and pans you need made it really easy. The house is rustic, so welcoming, and full of charm. We loved having space inside for board games, crafts and big family style meals. The back patio and pool have a great view and is a spectacular spot to watch the sunset.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable and was the perfect spot for my family and I to get away for the weekend to the lake. Brittany was super friendly and very responsive. She was super hospitable with extra toiletries and amenities to use during our stay. Also it’s only a 5-10 min walk to Weirs beach! Great place and I would definitely recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Red house in New London! The host, Chris, was so helpful in working with our dates. We traveled to New London for my mother-in-law's celebration of life, and I could not think of a better place to stay with my family and close family friends. The children (and adults!) enjoyed the game room and other amenities such as the screened porch and hot tub. We would have used the sauna/cold plunge if we had more time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very private but easy access and close to downtown New London which was perfect for us. Again, I must highlight how gracious and helpful the host was - it was one of the best experiences I had so far with Airbnb. Please consider staying here - you will love it!

My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Rafael’s Lake Winnipesaukee condo. Rafael and his wife Theresa were very helpful with local recommendations for entertainment and eating. We would definitely book there again

This house is very nice and cozy. Everything was as the description said. We went in the winter time and the house is 10 minutes away from Gunstock Mountain, can't beat that. There are lots of things to do in Gilford, Laconia and you can drive to the Ice Castles in an hour. Great experience. Christine was very flexible with the schedule and was able to fit us in perfectly on a really busy week during February vacation :)

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! We had a wonderful stay at River Run farm. The accommodations were cozy and the farm was fun to explore. The farm breakfast is a must, pancakes were delicious! Absolutely beautiful area of NH

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

Ben and Rachel provided easy to follow, relaxed and clear instructions for everything from accessing the space, house rules, and expectations for how to take our leave. The surroundings are quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. My son lives in the area and we were able to easily spend time together with him and other friends. The proximity to the Newfound Lake area and the mountains made for great recreational opportunities. Thank you Ben and Rachel for a hassle free experience.

Would absolutely recommend. We were looking for a place to stay with our baby while visiting friends nearby and this place was as described and worked great for us. It’s like luxury camping and you get to enjoy the beautiful lake views!
