everything was clean and presentable. missing bedrooms in the pictures, but it was definitely not a bad thing to find more space upon arrival. i would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

In addition to being close to Yosemite’s Arch Rock entrance, this peaceful spot is perched on a hill, offering stunning views and breathtaking sunsets. You can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to birdsong and watching deer wander nearby -sometimes coming quite close if you’re quiet. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back one day.

A well-situated and comfortable house. It had an unbelievably well-outfitted kitchen and bathrooms. Competent yard care and cleaning services were provided. Nearly everything we needed for our three-month stay was within one to one and half miles walking distance including grocery store, train station, bike trails, park, pharmacy, retail stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We did not walk after dark, however, as this part of Merced has a visible homeless population, among which are some characters of questionable mental state. Unfortunately, we had a catalytic converter stolen off our car while it was parked in the driveway. The only other problem we had was that my wife, already allergic to pets, developed asthma during our stay. As with most AirBnB's, Michelle's property is pet friendly, and I'm sure lingering pet dander triggered my wife's problems. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this property for long-term stays in Merced.

We loved everything about the house. The location, decor, layout… I like the extra details Melissa considered for her guests. The Scentsy and melts, diffuser, great variety of kitchen items, surplus of bed linens and towels, plenty of hangers, the funky decor, hot tub, and books and puzzles. Onsite laundry was great. She paid attention to what a guest may want or need. Although we didn’t use them, there were children’s items, and many additional options to sleep. And the chickens, of course! Having fresh eggs was a huge plus. The girls were quite entertaining as well! Melissa was very attentive to any issues and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The house was clean and comfortable. It felt very homey. Very safe and walkable area. I really appreciate how accommodating the hosts were! :)

Grace’s place is amazing. The kitchens has everything you might need. Plenty of towels and super clean. The backyard is amazing and at night you could see all the stars

Definitely a good place to stay at if youre going in a group! One thing to keep in mind is the weather it does get extremely hot and sunny so during the day the outdoor area was too hot for us to use. The location and views are amazing its a very private space! Salima and Tehsin were great to communicate with and prompt in sharing helpful resources for our stay. Thank you

Great place to stay and was as described. Would have been great to use the hot tub, but I guess it is unavailable now. Also, the construction on at the gated community was very inconvenient at times and very long wait times. (This was not the owners fault, but was pretty frustrating) Overall, was a great place and great communication throughout our stay!

Andrea and JC have a beautiful place that has lot of little touches that let you know they care about their guests. They had plenty of items for our kids: colored pencils, kids books in the loft, game room in the garage and checkers and chess board to name a few. They had sunscreen, bug spray, bathroom items and dishwasher supplies. The house has gorgeous views of the woods from the deck and from the hot tub. Was close enough for us to go explore Yosemite for 3 days at the valley and down at Mariposa grove too. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one is a gem. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Beautiful, exactly like the pictures. We needed a place last minute and they were able to accommodate us and help with the challenges we had. It was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home close to town and restaurants. Very clean with comfortable beds. Loved that they only required you to turn off everything and lock doors for checkout!

Trish's AirBnb is a hidden gem, smack dab in the middle of some fantastic bicycle routes, right along the way to Yosemite, and right near the Tuolumne River. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! It's spotless, comfortable, and has all modern amenities and more: a new refrigerator, a new clothes washer and dryer, new couch, new TV, skylights through which you can actually see the stars at night, and even an ice-making machine—which my weary bicyclist's legs especially appreciated. Just across the yard there's a chicken coop, and Trish furnishes the cottage with fresh eggs that we made into some nice omelettes. I really can't think of a better AirBnB, and hope to make the place a regular stop in my rides around California! Trish and Mike, you guys really set the gold standard for AirBnBs!

Michael and Taylor were fantastic hosts. They were very accommodating, fantastic communication and the house exceeded our expectations which is very difficult to do. We felt completely at home and everyone had a wonderful experience. The back patio and kitchen were the highlights of our evenings. We spent the time cooking and enjoying amazing sunsets fully relaxed. Highly recommend.

What an incredible view, both daytime and night. Hot tub amongst the stars were awesome. We stayed here to visit Yosemite. It is 45 minutes away, but it was worth it to have a nice private place with a view, far away from other humans. Would highly recommend.

Very nice, quiet, spacious house. It provided space for the kids to play indoor and outside. We enjoyed our stay and felt like home while we visited Yosemite and surrounding areas.

This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at in the U.S. The space had everything we needed, a great washer and dryer, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. We would definitely stay here again.
