This is a great COVID SAFE separate studio apartment on my property. We are located outside of Modesto/Riverbank, on the path to Yosemite National Park. This space is perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I have intensified my cleaning/sanitizing per Air B&B protocols. My son and I maintain the room and property. Feel free to wander the yard and meditate. I just completed a full remodel of the back yard and it is extremely peaceful here.
