Very lovely home! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable!

If we need a AirBnB next year, I would stay here! It has everything we need,good location and Gerardo was always there for us. The only thing is ,it isn't in a very good neighborhood. If your from Merced, you know about Loughborough area. But we didn't have any problems,and we didn't even know we had neighbors.

Our stay at this ranch property was exactly what we needed—quiet, relaxing, and full of charm. The home is situated in the middle of a beautiful ranch, surrounded by orchards that made the entire stay feel peaceful and secluded. Inside, the house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The living space was comfortable and welcoming, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. The beds were cozy, and the entire home had a calm, homey feel that made it easy to unwind. What really set this place apart was the setting. Watching the sunset over the orchards, enjoying our morning coffee with views of open fields, and being away from the noise of town made it a memorable escape. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil, countryside getaway.

Wow! This stay will always have a special place in my heart and with my family. While being together was a rare gift in itself, since we've moved out of state, this home brought a sense of fullness. Every scattered piece of me became settled and at peace. The beautiful neighborhood loop was serene and nurturing. There were countless walks with family. The never ending talks of what the future may hold as all of us open the door to our next chapter. This home welcomed the opportunities, the determination, the discussion of what is to come for all of us. Thank you to the homeowners for the chance to experiance such a home that echos such grace and a sacred sense of belonging. It was home. All of us together. The guest house and its Host Brad were amazing. As I was visiting family in Hughson the location is perfect. Functional and private, better than a hotel in Turlock or Modesto. Easy access to major roads. We were comfortable and felt at home.

Nice home really comfortable had everything you needed! Lots of space for family gatherings! And also lots of fun things to do. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Atwater.

Magical stay at the bird ranch. Julie has thought of everything you’d need for a magnificent getaway. We enjoyed the pool, pizza oven, and backyard. The birds are delightful. Absolutely will come back (again, as this is our second time already)!

My family and I had another lovely stay at Paula’s place! We had everything we needed and especially loved meeting (and feeding kitchen scraps to) the chickens in the backyard. We also enjoyed eating outside on the long table - the yard is so peaceful and beautiful. Check in was easy, as was parking (we brought two cars). Paula communicated well throughout our stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

The Beals house was amazing. We went on Memorial Day weekend. I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to find a place where I could have friends and family over to swim, have some food and enjoy each other’s company. We did not have that experience. Brittany gave clear expectations for the property and the neighbors (Marilyn) was very friendly. We would love to come back again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

It was a last minute booking, and it worked we were coming from Texas and it accommodated everyone.

This place makes you feel like you’re at home the second you walk through the front door. Beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Every amenity you could possibly need is available. Will definitely stay here every time we are in the area. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and inviting too. Seriously just can’t say enough great things about this house and Jasmine as well. Spacious house in a quiet area of Los Banos. Responsive host who helped us with a problem with the lock very quickly. We were stressed traveling with an infant for the first time and the host ultimately made sure our arrival went smoothly.

Second time staying here. Love this place. It’s in the country, so town is a short drive but the peaceful surroundings are worth it. Very cosy and comfortable.

“Farm stay in Mariposa” 10/10 Exceptional Rebecca‘s house is absolutely beautiful very clean ! The pictures from the booking are absolutely spot on. So many extra amenities ,Stock kitchen with everything you would need . Stocked bathrooms also so many extras . The beds were so amazing and comfortable . Also extra blankets if needed. Perfect Location you can see mountains right in her backyard. Definitely Yosemite vibes .We got to see a bunny and also beautiful eagle in the backyard. The property has such an amazing views!Great communication and response time as well . When we got to Rebecca‘s house, it was kind of dark and late at night. When we woke up, we felt like we were in paradise and didn’t wanna leave . I also want to mention super easy fast drive to Yosemite .We definitely booking again! We love Rebecca ‘s house!

Beautiful, clean and welcoming! Lots of nice touches! Easy check in and out and easy entry with door code. Corner house with ample parking in driveway and out front. Nice backyard. Loved the coffee bar and large dinning table. The extra touches of some water bottles, sparkling fruit drinks, coffee and hot chocolate pods, travel lotion, shampoo etc. were awesome. Minor things that might be good to know…I didn’t see a hair dryer in master bath but had brought my own (didn’t look in guest bath for one) Kitchen had basics of plates, utensils etc. even some baggies , but not really a lot of pots and pans if you really wanted to cook a lot. Guest rooms have an upper window with no covering so the sun comes in early and lights up the room. That said, this is an amazing home away from home and we Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again!!
