Beachfront holiday rentals in Menton

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We felt it was perfectly located to explore French Riviera with easy access to train services. Irina is a great host, always available to get back to any enquiries promptly. Thanks for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Matthieu was an excellent host during our stay in Antibes. The apartment was very clean and the perfect home base as we explored the region. Matthieu gave great recommendations and was very communicative. I would highly recommend Matthieu’s place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Antibes.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

Top accommodation for these points: magnificent view and no neighbors, parking, cleanliness, key box + really convenient digicode, large pleasant terrace (deckchair, decor...), comfortable bed as well as armchairs and sofa (a little less in bed position), equipment and linen in sufficient quantity, practicality of all the supports to hang things, its functional, peaceful side... Responsive, understanding host and clear instructions to arrive easily. For our visits, we chose to take the bus (Nice-Menton line) from the city center (where there is also a bakery, convenience store, tourist office, etc.) by taking the approximately 300 steps (10 minutes walk for us). The pool is great, just a shame we could only use it on our last day despite the summer temperatures in late May, but we had to wait a few days after it was treated. However, we did enjoy swimming in the sea.

What a pleasure to have breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the sea! The studio is perfect for a stay of two people, well equipped, well maintained. We really enjoyed it and will be back with pleasure! Lauriane, our contact, is a gem of accuracy, availability. A big thank you to her.

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

It's a great stay, the apartment was as described.Valerie was very proactive ,responded within a minute and always ready for us to be satisfied. A host in gold . I would rent this apartment again without hesitation. I would highly recommend it.

Ugo is a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable host. It's a beautiful building with a majestic entrance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. 2 side tables for small items are on each side of the bed. They need 2 small lamps! The closet is in the living room. The owner kept the bathroom with the original bathtub with legs. It would have been nice to have a stand for the shower hand and a hook beside it for the towels. The sink has the original taps, but the cold and hot water are separate! It would be much better if a link to mix both is added. You have to stand in the balcony to see the sea. It's a 5 minutes somewhat steep walk to the building. Parking is available on the street. The building is a 20 minutes walk from central Menton. You can walk on the promenade beside the beach or through the city on the way to the beautiful old city. There are many bakeries, patisseries, cafés and boutiques. The Market has local delicious food. A free bus tours the city. An enjoyable stay!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had an excellent stay in Tatiana’s home! It was modern, clean, and in a great location. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the beach, and the train. Tatiana was a great host - she was easy to get in touch with and very flexible. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits.
