The place is as shown in the photo, the owner is also friendly, there are 2 TVs that are connected to wifi so it's safe to entertain the kids, it's also child-friendly, besides that the AC in each room also works well

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

here is everthing. actually i choice here stay with comfortable and refrigerator but continue amazing amazing in house everything is here what you need. and near house. lot of food, and resturant can easy find also convenience store. made want stay here long and long haha and host very kind. when i need help very helpful and care me for i stay here comfortable. very thanks to them. my favorite place is here than turist place . thanks again🙏🏻
