Waterfront holiday rentals in Medianía Baja

This was my second time staying at this beautiful home. Rafael is an amazing host!!! It’s absolutely beautiful.

Our stay at Josue’s Airbnb villa was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly as pictured clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location was peaceful and private, with quick access to the beach, grocery stores, and local spots like Piñones. Josue was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. He made sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed before we even arrived. Check-in was easy, and the entire stay felt seamless. The villa was perfect for our group of six (3 adults and 3 teenagers), with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, and we loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings. Thank you, Josue, for helping make this vacation so special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Beautiful place, my kids enjoyed the Pool /Beach. We loved the view from the balcony. I recommend this place 100%

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

I really appreciated all the amenities at the apartment including washer/dryer, pool, etc. as well as small touches like plenty of toiletries and a whole closet full of beach equipment to use. I was also really impressed by the cleanliness of the apartment as a whole. We had a nice stay.

This place is very beautiful with beach view. I have not seen an airbnb which provides these many amenities. Everything is execellent and moneys worth. The host was very responsive and answered our questions even at late night. The neighborhood seemed ok. The house is very secure with grills on all doors. This is a steal for the losted price specially with a private ( almost) beach.

If you're looking for a place that has everything you need, is private, but still close to restaurants and the city, then look no further. The view from this home is incredible and it literally sounds like the rainforest white noise apps outside. Serenity Hill is aptly named and I would 100% return and recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Puerto Rico.

I had a wonderful stay at Tranquilo’s vacation place! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything I wanted to do, and check-in was smooth and easy. Host responded in a timely manner. I would definitely come back!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Had an amazing stay. Perfect, clean apartment with everything you need and great rooftop in a peaceful place.

4 Soles was perfect for our group of 10 girls! The fact that each room has a bathroom was key for women, lol. The place is a short drive away from grocery store, luquillo beach and carabali rainforest. It is, however, 40+ min to San Juan. The place was clean, safe and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again if I were to return

The stay was beautiful! My youngest really enjoyed being able to be on the beach everyday we were there. Its a great backdrop for photos and the space was clean. The area the people are nice and speak however they are still really reserved. We would definitely come back to visit again. Thank you for allowing us to share your space and for coming to yo fix the tv the next day.

Fred and Vane’s place made for an excellent stay. Very responsive and excellent communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, felt at home, and even give recommendations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place and hosts for anyone thinking to. Thank you!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

Amazing facility, peaceful and serene. Very spacious. Very clean. Perfect location for my family.

Communication with the host was quick and effective. Elias couldn't have treated us better; we felt right at home. Everything was in order, very clean, and had enough space for my family. We felt right at home. Elias sent us a list of restaurants and places to visit, which was very helpful. If we return, we would choose this place.

We got in very late after several flight delays. The directions brought us right to the gate and the. we were easily able to get in the condo. Fredy was great with communication and instructions. By day three of our trip my whole family got sick with COVID. We all felt miserable. It was *so* nice to have room to spread out and ice cold air conditioning when we felt terrible. we were so grateful to be steps away from a beach we largely had to ourselves. We could go out there whenever we had the energy and could easily come back if it got to be too much. We would have been stuck inside all week if we'd had to muster the energy to pack everything and everyone for each beach visit. it wasn't the vacation we hoped for, but Fredy's place saved it from being a complete wash out!

Overall it was great. Lydia was very responsive with any questions or concerns.
