Apartment holiday rentals in Medianía Baja

This is an incredible spot, with private beach access, a quiet community, and close to amenities. The space looks as advertised - clean, quiet, well-lit, well-appointed, and comfortable. We comfortably fit five people in the living spaces, and utilized both the private terrace and kitchen area for meals. The beach access is amazing, and the beach never had more than ten people on it during our time there. We also made good use of the pool (which has a mini pool for littles) and pool toys, boogie boards, and beach toys. Loíza may feel a little off the beaten path, but San Juan is a beautiful drive through Piñones, and Loíza offers convenient access to San Juan, El Yunque, and Luquillo. We would absolutely consider this location again.

Echoing other reviews that said this place is a hidden gem, it absolutely is! Loíza itself doesn’t have a lot going on but it’s so close to many of the places we wanted to see/activities we wanted to do while in PR. The property was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, and lots of linens. The washer/dryer was a huge perk as well. I can’t say enough about the private beach access out back… we would find ourselves pushing other plans off because we wanted to stay at the beach. We were the only ones there every day and it was a total dream. We would most definitely book this stay again!

We stay there for 5 nights and the apartment was clean, enough space for whole families, friends group. Like the space, environment and view. The apartment backyard has ocean view. Host has provided everything you need for ur stay. Like towels, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen utensils, AC and parking. Everything was ready for us which make our trip more convenient. The area is perfect, peaceful and ocean accessible make our trip more enjoyable.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

It was a pleasure staying at Adonay's place! Everything was as described. She even provided a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs! Communication was excellent too!

The place is well maintained and nice location. Private beach access is cool. The main security staff are very nice and always friendly. The house provides two beach chairs and they are very useful. The place is fellt like a home. Damaris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Ruth’s place was perfect in all ways! Checking in was easy. The complex is beautiful, well kept and any staff we met were so friendly. Ruth had all needs covered. Her home was immaculate! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, toiletries ( if you forgot) even packaged toothbrushes! We really didn’t need to ask for anything but if we did she responded quickly. It is exactly as pictured. We were a group of 5 and the space didn’t feel crowded. The upstairs covered patio was where we spent every night. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. As mentioned in other posts, you need to drive to restaurants, but the suggestions Ruth made were amazing! Thank you Ruth for setting us up for success!

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Beautiful place i would love to come again and definitely recommend

Our experience was excellent! The place has everything you need for a comfortable and fun family stay. The beds are super comfortable, everything was impeccably clean and well organized. We really enjoyed having a domino table to share in the evenings, and in general the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was 10/10. Always attentive, kind and attentive to any detail before and during our stay. They made us feel welcome from the start. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope to return soon. Jessica’s place was an extremely beautiful home with nice views. All the listed amenities were there which were really helpful. Jessica was very responsive when we needed help with something as well! If you are staying in Loiza area for your Puerto Rico trip I 10000% recommend her place! The resort is extremely fun and lots to do! Thank you Jessica!

Our stay at The Beach Apartment in Aquatika was phenomenal. We loved the area plenty of pools all around , lazy river was right on front so it was perfect for the smaller kids and the best part having access to the beautiful beach. The condo was spacious which fit two families with no issues plenty of room. Beautiful decor through out the place and provides everything you need for your vacation. Our host's were excellent!!! From the day I booked this trip until we left the building, the communication was the best I didn't have to worry about anything . If I needed food to be delivered they were quick on providing suggestions. They were very attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. Can't wait to come back and continue creating more memories. Thank you, Diane

We had a great stay at Aquatika! The resort is beautiful with many different pools that are perfect for young children. The only downside for us was that the condo is meant to be kept at 74 (bedrooms) and 78 degrees (living room) which was too warm for our liking and not ideal for our infant daughter. That being said, we managed okay and appreciated all the kid-friendly supplies.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.
