The house has a water cistern but no it does not have an electric plant ... it is between 5 to 10 minutes from the main airport. Close to tourist areas as Playa Isla Verde, Condado, El Viejo San Juan and shopping centers, 25 minutes from El Yunke rain forest and Fajardo.🙏🏼🤙🏼🇵🇷

Perfect private stay for 1-2 people. Enjoy the beautiful blue container surround by fruit trees on a private lot of land. You will have all the amenities you would need. About 500ft away is a gorgeous resort-maintained beach. The enclosed lot can be secured and there is always plenty of street parking. You will find mango, mini-banana, breadfruit, lemon, acerola, passion fruit and papaya plants. If you come during the right season, you are more than welcome to pick from them.

Modern studio!! “Only 7 minutes from airport”!!!

Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!

We had a fantastic stay! Sylvia was a wonderful host, super responsive and accommodating throughout our trip. The space itself was spacious and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing. The beach was just a short walk away and felt like our own private getaway: tranquil, perfect for swimming, and almost empty, which made it feel even more special. The pool was also very nice, and we loved enjoying our morning coffees on the terrace. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

We really liked the stay and the comfort. It's a good place, central to head to other areas of the island and get to know. It has everything you need to stay quietly, and the common areas such as the gym, pool and beach are just as offered. Thank you very much for everything! Hopefully one day we can go back.

Spent the most memorable 6 days here. The access to the private beach was the highlight for me. The hot tub is definitely a winner if you just wanna relax and stargaze after a long day.
