Holiday rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

Great apartment! Very spacious with tons of amenities. Just bring your bags and food. We stayed there with 6 12 yo. and everyone enjoyed it a lot. It fit our needs perfectly. Checkout at 10am was a bit early considering you have to pack and clear your food, etc so we couldn't use any of the facilities on our last day. It would've been nice to be able to leave at 11am, at least. If you don't have a lot of stuff then that's not a problem. Nice spot for a family getaway.

Cesar was a great host as soon as we booked the unit, always communicative and helpful. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed (plus more) to make us feel right at home. The kids loved the pools and all that the property had to offer, and the rooftop was very peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Malibu Beach Condos was wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious, bathrooms well stocked with Toiletries and towels, and kitchen was small but functional. The best part of our stay was the private beach only steps away from the condo. We loved spending our time at the beach, and we were provided with plenty of beach towels, and beach chairs and toys. Management was very helpful, and very responsive always ready to help with any questions! Five stars!

Good place to stay at! Pool is a couple feet away from apartment and beach is about 5 minute walk. Great host!

Shawn's condo in Loiza is gorgeous, and the location is perfect for the beach, pool, and getting around the island. My family loved the place, the facilities, and the location, and I was very impressed with Shawn's responsiveness and helpfulness. Plus, the other residents of the condo were friendly and helpful, which made for a great family atmosphere.

What a wonderful stay and a beautiful place. The apartment had so many windows/patios and was so bright and clean. The roof top terrace was a absolute dream and the plants and lights were so charming. Nick was super quick to reply anytime we had questions and the customer care was next level. The beach chairs/towels/accessories made life so easy getting settled in at all Puerto Rico's finest beaches - you can put your beach items in the folding chair and the chairs had straps so you could wear them on your back. A MUST! Thank you so much for a great and memorable stay!

What a find- such a gem. We walked the farm, had drinks at the bar, enjoyed excellent pizza and made friends with their cats. Such a cool spot on our road trip. Also, while Puerto Rico was having a black out, the farm is run by solar power. So no worries if that were to happen on your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Felicita’s very much. The place is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive to our needs and even provided local recommendations. She offers both great accommodations and a beautiful place for us to feel right at home. I now want to book her place each time I visit Puerto Rico. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was amazing. The house is very spacious, was exactly as shown in pictures and the area is very peaceful, it's not too far from many beaches and the airport. I will definitely stay here again❤️

Perso was a great host, he responded to any of my questions and answered briefly definitely enjoyed my stay, house was waayyy bigger in the inside than I was imagining, ac in every room it was just great overall.

Had an amazing stay. Perfect, clean apartment with everything you need and great rooftop in a peaceful place.

The home was a great stay especially for our big group. It accommodates everything when it comes to needing a place to stay and live for a week +. To give a caution the area was warned by other residents that it can be dangerous and not to go out late at night without car but during day is completely fine. That has nothing to do with the house but just a caution. With the house it could use a rotation in new linens and sheets as some old stains showed. Understandably there are lots of insects in the area but a lot of ants find their way inside so some precautions could be done with sprays by windows and entrances to prevent entry before guests arrive. Other than that the house has all amenities you need to live there as if you weren’t on vacation. Price is great for big groups and not the farthest from San Juan and the nearest beach even though you should rent a car anyways. Lastly, the hosts were great as they communicated perfectly with us wether we initiated convo or they checked up

We loved the house, faithful to the photos. Communication with the host was quick and effective. Being able to get to the house and check in quietly and without distractions was a plus. But the best of the best, The Pool. Wow... we didn't want to leave that area. There are already plans to return.

The ambiance was soo nice and peaceful which was so nice to come and rest to after a long day of loud noises. Nelson was also very nice and went out of his ways to find delicious and local places to eat to. Very beautiful experience

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Nice place definitely am coming back. So peaceful and tranquil. The 2 pools and beach access was amazing.

Had a great stay on the beach here at Scott’s place! The outdoor pool and beach access are a very convient short walk from the apartment. Mini-split A/C units in each bedroom helped for a good night’s sleep. Great for a group of 5 people.

Great communication makes all the difference!

Pictures and description matches the house. It is across from the pool and the beach. Gate controlled by security and you get a paper showing your dates. Show this to the security guards and theyll open the gate without issues. Living AC stopped worked and host had me check the breakers and it the breaker had tripped. Once it was reset it got fixed right up. ACs work well. There are various games for entertainment, various beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach balls, rackets). ONLY recommendation would be to add black out curtains. There is a street light next to the building and it kept the master well-lit. Ended up hanging beach towels over the curtains and that helped some. Overall, I am very happy with the apartment and host. Would stay again without hesitation.

We got in very late after several flight delays. The directions brought us right to the gate and the. we were easily able to get in the condo. Fredy was great with communication and instructions. By day three of our trip my whole family got sick with COVID. We all felt miserable. It was *so* nice to have room to spread out and ice cold air conditioning when we felt terrible. we were so grateful to be steps away from a beach we largely had to ourselves. We could go out there whenever we had the energy and could easily come back if it got to be too much. We would have been stuck inside all week if we'd had to muster the energy to pack everything and everyone for each beach visit. it wasn't the vacation we hoped for, but Fredy's place saved it from being a complete wash out!

We will book again. Beautiful views. We were just a quick drive to anywhere we needed or wanted to be. The host was very friendly and happy to help us. 2 pools and beach access were great.
