Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Medford

Emenkeng’s place was perfect for me on my trip to the North Shore. Super easy to get to and from the airport and to my friends’ homes. Emenkeng was responsive and helpful when I had questions and the apartment was completely spotless when I arrived. I felt safe the whole time I was there. I would definitely stay here again!

The price point I felt was very fair since they didn't have a kitchen sink/dishwasher/stove. The listing was spacious compared to every other place we looked at for double the price point, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Host was super responsive and kind. Also, LOVED the easy check-in/check-out process. Compared to the complications of the city Airbnbs, this was absolutely seamless and the easiest Airbnb I've ever accessed. The town was cute, and the food we had was great, but it's not super walkable to the places we could go to (I have celiac disease, so those were a little further out). The lyfts into the city weren't too long of a ride at all, and one of the drivers even mentioned that we could just lyft to the nearby casino (8 min drive) and take a FREE boat shuttle right into the city!! Well worth it. Shuttle only runs after 4pm, however.

It was my second stay here and the whole experience was outstanding, once again. Such a great place and hosts.

I loved everything Maxine said and how she helped navigate around every even in the house, everything was so clean, very quite place good for professional working, everything was just beyond, amazing & lovely place you feel right at home with so much space to move around the house. This beautiful Melrose, MA is a gem! Owner, Beth is incredibly friendly, organized and helpful - quick to respond to any request. Her home is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean and inviting. It’s exactly as described and much more! We spent four days here due to our daughter’s graduation in Cambridge. The home is conveniently located to the T, especially the orange line which is just a few minutes away by car. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. Book it! Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

This is my second time staying at Elina & Jack's Airbnb, and it continues to be a fantastic experience! The location is great—close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The space is consistently clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. I’ve had great stays here in the past and will be booking again the next time I’m in town. Marybeth’s home was exactly what me and my family wanted. We wanted a cozy place far enough from the city, but close enough to easily drive into Boston. Since I like to cook, I was immediately impressed with the kitchen and all its ammenities. I did not want for a single kitchen tool or appliance. Everyone commented on how the beds felt - warm and comfortable. Loved the back yard and the grill. Great communications. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Highly recommend Marybeth’s BnB.

Great space, loved the interior and the layout. Great mirrors to take pictures in front of. I’d definitely stay here again and I’d recommend to friends and family. Happy with the service and location. 10/10!

Great stay! Everything was just as described and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is on a busy street so it was a bit loud, however the noisemakers in each room helped to drown out the noise very easily. Had everything we needed and we would stay again.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Whole place is up to date. Close to airport and easy access to the train. Edward was very responsive in timely manner. Great host. Would stay here again!

Loved this place so much!! It was a great impression when you first walk in with that beautiful exposed brick. The bed was comfortable and the rainfall showerhead was INCREDIBLE!! I had a long day at work and loved unwinding with my large tv in the bedroom. The place felt super homey and I appreciated the host’s communication and early check in 🌟

Beautiful home, so close to the beach. Had an amazing time, felt very at home and homeowner very helpful.

Lucia was wonderful to work with. She was quick to give us tips for our trip - having never been to the Boston area. We were very intimidated about the public transportation but Lucia put our mind at ease. Her place felt very safe - even walking from the bus stop at 11pm after a baseball game. Only a few minutes from the bus stop that takes you right into Boston. We used the buses or subway to get all over Boston and it was very easy to navigate from Lucia’s place. The place was clean and quaint. It provided a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Molly was incredibly responsive and so friendly! We felt very at home and the space was perfect for our weekend stay. Easy to walk right into town too!

The house is well-set up to accommodate guests. The neighborhood is safe, residential and with free-lines streets. Near Arnold Arboretum it is a beautiful area. The bathroom and bedroom are really clean and clutter-free which was so refreshing to experience! Anna is incredibly responsive and even when I needed assistance in the early morning hours she was available. And when I returned home late one evening on an unseasonably hot day she offered to turn on he air conditioning and then proceeded to install a window unit in the room in less than 19 minutes. She made great coffee in the morning and provided many suggestions for transport and getting around generally; and she walked me to the nearby bus stop on my first morning in the house. The house is large enough to house multiple guests simultaneously but I hardly overlapped with them. I’m very appreciative for the pleasant experience.

Anna is such a friendly and professional host, we had a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back next time when visiting Boston.

Our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet and peaceful and within driving distance of the city. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and could easily any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying there again.
