Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mechanicsville

Booked for a local assembly being held. This place was perfect. Everything was clean. Very modern place. We loved sitting out on the porch in the front. The beds were very comfortable. There are restaurants, stores, grocery stores, etc right across the street, which was so convenient.

Elisa was helpful & responsive right from the start. Her home was easy to find & in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood with everything you could ask for. It was a delightful experience & we look forward to future stays as our travel allows. Thank you for your part in making a great weekend!

Charming house in a lovely part of Richmond. It was close to parks and downtown. We loved the backyard and were able to host my 87 yr old father in law and his wife. They enjoyed sitting in the comfortable outdoor chairs while our dog chased rabbits in the big back yard.

This was a great Air BnB, everything you could want. Accurate description, clean and recently remodeled, responsive and flexible hosts. Enough room to hold 5 adults comfortably. Jared was great to work with. Always responds quickly and gave us options and updates on check-in day. The location of the house was perfect for what we needed to do and reach in Glen Allen. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to get in and out of. The house has a huge back yard and the screened-in deck was a nice surprise for the perfect Virginia weekend. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a few days!! The Resort certainly lives up to its name. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed every detail that was meticulously prepared for us. The host was more than helpful and accommodating for our group of 5 which included two teenagers and my mom who benefited from the accessible floorplan. The weather was perfect for the pool too. Thank YOU and we cannot wait to return the next time we are visiting family in Richmond.

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

What a lovely place! The blue bungalow is so stylish and artistic ! The owner is super friendly and responsive. Everything is sparkling clean. We had never stayed at the North Side before and we fell in love with the neighborhood! Kristy’s boutique is in walking distance and it’s super cute as well. We also loved the Stir Crazy Cafe for lattes and biscuits in the morning. I highly recommend this listing

This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

I highly recommend Mary as a host and her beautiful cottage. I will definitely stay here again if I travel this way. She is a wonderful person and her place is immaculately clean, well equipped and peaceful.

This is truly a vacation spot. Serene and quiet you can feel your anxiety decrease. The inside is beautiful but the outside at night is magnificent. I cannot wait to return.

If I could have taken that bed home with me I would have, SO COMFY! The house was so clean and beautiful. I had a wonderful time there and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Lots to do, I was never bored. Nita was a great host too!

The apartment is so fun and exciting. The location is great and super easy to find. There’s plenty of street parking and walkable to a ton of restaurants and shops. Jasmyra was very responsive to questions I had prior and quickly after arrival. I would absolutely come back for another stay.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays. The space and furniture is unique, and updated. There’s plenty to do in the area,, well within walking distance. I definitely recommend, and I will be returning.
