The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

The Bunkhouse at PennyLane

Completely renovated guest house only 1 mile off I 25. Rest and relax in the country on our farm. Ample room for parking if you’re pulling a trailer. 15 min to Longmont, 35 minutes to Denver/Boulder and a straight shot to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain national Park. Bedroom has a king size bed, living room has a large couch and fireplace and can accommodate a blow up mattress. Kitchen is fully furnished, full-size washer and dryer as well as included Wi-Fi and Internet.

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters.
