Silvana's place is just stunning! We stayed here last night after a trip to the Peninsula hot springs. It was a girls weekend away and there were 8 of us. We loved staying at the property. The house is big but really well maintained! There's easy access to shops and cafés. We really had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Silvana's place that want to come back for another stay!

Thank you for a beautiful getaway. Everything was very well catered for - loved the outdoor fire for our winter trip. Great queen sized bedrooms, with beautiful bedding. A very comfortable and easy place, highly recommend.

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

Wonderful place to stay. Immaculately clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you need. It’s a decent sized beach house on a big pocket of land, plenty of room for the kids. Karen was an amazing host, proactively providing all the information we needed and checked in after our stay to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Can’t recommend both the place and Karen enough.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-equipped, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout our visit. The location is lovely and felt close to nature, which added to the charm of the experience. One small thing to note: on particularly windy nights, the house can get a bit noisy because of the metal roof outside, and we did hear some wildlife activity on the roof. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy, nature-surrounded getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Livia's property and will definitely be back. The house and outdoor areas were beautiful and peaceful, and Livia couldn't have been more responsive or helpful both before arriving and during our stay.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

The place was great for a weekend trip for my family. It was also clean, cozy and well equipped. The spacious and fully secured backyard was perfect our dog as well.

Our family of six plus our fur baby thoroughly enjoyed the property and the surrounds. The highlight was the heated spa fabulous for a winters day soak and big enough for everybody, the fireplace was great and got a lot of use, the house is huge but cosy, kitchen was well equipped, beds are comfy, we would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay on Phillip Island at Ashlea’s place! The space was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the yoga session – it was such a calming, grounding experience that really set the tone for our trip. The sauna was another standout – clean, modern, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My partner and I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with thoughtful wellness touches. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! we were very pleased with our stay. the place presented well and was in fact nicer than the photos listed it was very comfortable had a full kitchen and was in a good location. there was plenty of open space for us to relax a beautiful balcony which we didn't get to use due to the weather but on a better day would have been lovely to sit out and relax. the location was good and Central to this region and we will be returning.

Fabulous cottage with plenty of space, a great vibe, neat and tidy, one street back from the beach. We stayed for a friends surprise birthday in Mt Eliza and diving at Rye Pier, transport was easy, also a large carport for the car. Great price for two people.

Our favorite part of this home is that it is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We loved sitting outside in the evenings. John and Liz were excellent hosts and very responsive with questions. Highly recommend this home!

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful property! The place was absolutely spotless – one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The decor and overall feel of the home were warm and inviting, making it a really comfortable space to relax in. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to shops and the beach, which made everything super convenient. The only small downside was that the couch wasn't very comfortable, which made lounging in the evenings a bit less enjoyable. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!
