My wife's comment a few minutes after check-in: "This is the cleanest apartment on Airbnb ever." On site, Marcos' parents, who live in the main house on the property, took care of us: totally likeable, hospitable, helpful. We arrived at night and the two of them waited for us in front of the house at a late hour. Prior to that, quick, hassle-free communication with Marco in English to coordinate the arrival. The apartment is very spacious, pi-co-bel-lo (!), cozy, functional, fully equipped. The blinds ensure a pleasantly cool indoor climate despite the June heat. Parking on the property, dishwasher, washing machine. Wifi was fast enough to stream the Nations League. The apartment is "countryside" and was perfect for two people like us, who set off from here on their Umbrian city tours and on the mountain tour to Monte Vettore.

Small, well-kept and clean apartment, very cool even without air conditioning. Some services offered by the host were very welcome, such as coffee and a good change of towels. A very relaxing stay that I recommend if you want to get away from the usual hectic routine, even for a short time.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Giancarlo, entering the property in a large and well-kept courtyard, the impression was excellent, confirmed by the characteristics of the accommodation. Really a beautiful, well-kept, clean apartment with every comfort, nothing is really missing. Giancarlo described the accommodation to us thoroughly and illustrated all the features. He is a very attentive host, he answered any questions very quickly. To this it must be added that he and his family are discreet, helpful and kind people, in the days spent at his place we have often happened to whip off like old friends, receive tips about the area, and also made us appreciate typical local products. We had a really good time, we felt at home. And beyond the beauty of Umbria, now universally recognized, if you want to spend a few days or even more, Giancarlo's place and the right one.
