Luigi's place was perfect for the few days spent in Puglia. Its location allows you to shine and visit the main sites of the Bari area. The accommodation is very clean and well appointed with a very functional kitchen and bathroom. The only shadow at this idyllic painting is the disturbance of neighbors' dogs who disrupted the tranquility of the night...

We adored the place. Period. It's well spacious, its kitchen is well equiped, the bed is comfortable, and it is all very welcoming. The view from the windows is priceless, as every view from any window in Matera. The small sitting area outside is just perfect to enjoy a lunch you just cooked in the kitchen. The WI-FI works great, the recommendation guide left for us on the table was helpful, the bathroom was clean and pleasant. I highly recommend the place for a couple who wants to enjoy Matera together in the sassi.

Fantastic apartment just outside the Sassi with a great terrace view. Close to everything! Super clean, comfortable bed and amazing hosts. Bonus breakfast offered between 8:30-9:30...pancakes this morning, croissants, juice yogurt and a few other delights. Highly recommend ❤️

Great Place. As described. Host super responsive Only issue is we couldn't get Netflix to play on the TV but that's minor. Super clean apartment, well decorated, and good location. Sannicandro di Bari is my mother's hometown, and it was great to see.

A cute little rustic place. Well situated to exploring the Sassi area, excellent restaurants, and close to the path to cross the rope bridge and climb the mountain across the valley. The bed was comfortable. The apartment furnished with everthing the two of us needed. It was very quiet at night. The apartment was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues worth mentioning was the rickety but safe stairs to the loft, and the apartment was a little hard to find. However these are minor issues, when you consider the fantastic patio that has a commanding view of the Sassi and the mountain beyond. Wow...just wow! We loved Stefania's apartment. Grazie mille!!!

We had great time in this beautiful house in lovely historical part of Irsina. The house and the views were much more than we expected. Loved the roof terrace and amazing views towards both green hills and roofs and silhuette of the historical town. Walter and his co-host were super friendly and helpful both beforehand and during the holiday. Warm recommendations for this beautifully renovated house.

We stayed in the bed and breakfast for two days and had a great time. The property is very nice and located in a very quiet area within the historic center. Girolamo was super courteous and helpful with us, he always took care that we didn't miss anything and at check-in he explained everything to us in detail.

The house is a little dark but that's the only downside we can find. It therefore has the advantage of staying fresh. We had a great time and are very happy to have chosen this accommodation. We will recommend it without any problems. Everything is perfect.

Really appreciated Francesca’s communication about the property and making us feel right at home. It was quite hot when we visited and we appreciated the portable a/c in the common rooms and fans in the bedrooms. This place is ideally located between old and new Matera and made it easy to get our stuff from our car into the Airbnb (we opted for her garage rental nearby). I felt sorry for the people staying in the Stassi lugging their stuff through the cobbled streets up and down hill. No grazie!

I had a great stay in Matera! The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the center, with pleasant surroundings and good food options. Carmelita gave me all the necessary guidance and was easy to communicate with. I give a lot this place!

Lovely apartment just a 15-minute walk from the Sassi. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great experience overall. The terrace is a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment situated in the attic but it was not that bad although we have suitcases, we left them in the trunk, only took necessary items. The apartment has everything we need, more than enough I would say, spacious and comfortable. The area was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona

This is an ideal place from which to explore the eastern Basilicata as well as providing a stylish and quiet home base for a couple of days. Views from the terrace were very special.
