Located in the heart of Matera, less than 5 minutes on foot from the Sassi and with free parking space, La Pecora Nera (The Black Sheep) is next to all the major touristic attractions of the town. My home has been just renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine). The location is very well served with bars, restaurants, touristic offices and all types of stores and shops. CITY TAX IS 2 EUROS PER PERSON FOR THE FIRST 3 NIGHTS. CHILDREN UNDER 15 ARE EXEMPT.

The apartment, located in the upper part of the Rioni Sassi, has a separate entrance with some steps and is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed, the masonry kitchen with majolica tiles, a laundry room with washing machine, a terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking view. From the house you can easily walk to the main historical and artistic attractions of the city.

Spacious two-room apartment located in Matera 900m from the Sassi and the historic center, 500 meters from the Tramontano Castle, 1 km from the Cathedral of the city and 1.3 km from the MUSMA Museum. You can cook a meal or visit nearby restaurants. There is no elevator. Cleaning will be provided at each change of guest. Paid or free street parking is not bookable. Common spaces with other people are just the terrace (shared with Suite A) and the balcony.
