Lamia Matera 11

Located at the entrance of the Sassi and 500 meters from the central square, Lamia Matera 11 boasts a very impressive view of the Matera ravine. The original building (lamia) with the characteristic barrel vault has been recently renovated. The house is spread across 3 floors. There are two elegant double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and stunning views. A room with 2 single beds, which can be joined together, is located on the lower floor, entirely carved into the rock.

Casa Vacanze Otium is located in the heart of Sasso Caveoso, in a panoramic and strategic position to visit the ancient districts of the city. It has two bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In addition: private terrace, large kitchen/living room with the possibility of adding a bed thanks to a comfortable armchair-bed. P.S: For reservations with two guests, the use of both bedrooms (instead of just one) is an additional cost of 30 euros per night.

Spacious two-room apartment located in Matera 900m from the Sassi and the historic center, 500 meters from the Tramontano Castle, 1 km from the Cathedral of the city and 1.3 km from the MUSMA Museum. It is equipped with ceiling fans, radiators, free wifi and is behind a large courtyard open to all. The living room has a sofa bed, bookshelf and wifi modem. This self-catering accommodation has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and linens and towels.

The central location of the house will allow you to walk to all the main places of interest. Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, pizzerias, minimarkets, pharmacies, etc.

Separate apartment 50 meters from the central square, consisting of entrance, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The structure is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Sassi. At our guests' disposal we provide free parking in the guarded and underground garage just 100 meters from the property.
