Without hesitation, nor hyperbole, I can say that Nazy's guesthouse is the best I have ever stayed at. After a fun taxi ride with a local Georgian hip-hop enthusiast, I arrived at Nazy's to a warm welcome and a peaceful, elegant atmosphere. The building itself, the communal spaces and facilities, and the dorm in which I stayed were all immaculate and beautiful. Nazy and her family have created something incredible here. 5 star hotels are certainly out of my price range and focus, but this guesthouse presents an experience worth far, far more than the price you pay to stay here. It is spacious and charming. Nazy's grace and hospitality are completely faultless - even cooking for me the wild mushrooms that I picked in the forest one day, and always ready with advice and information about the Pankisi valley and it's opportunities. I felt so, so valued as a guest in her home. I wish I had more space to say more! Above all - Good luck finishing the absolute banquets you will be served!

Home is in a nice spot. There is a gazebo and a grill on the area. On the first floor, there is a large living room with fireplace and sofa. The house has modern furniture and Technics. The bedrooms have white bed linen and towels, body wash and shampoo. The house has a set of dishes - plates, several tea cups, cutlery, but there is no cutting board and corkscrew, which was a big surprise. There are no glasses for wine or other drinks either. There is a beautiful mountain view around, you can walk to the creek. A great place for a weekend with family or friends.

The property fully lives up to its name: because the balcony really has a dizzying view of the mountains and the valley. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a restaurant "Zodiac", everything else: a market, shops, attractions, museums are quite far away, you need to take a taxi, or 15-20 minutes walk with a vigorous step. The property is located in a large beautiful house decorated with wood, vintage photos on the walls, the hosts live right there and make wine themselves, and they have a cellar furnished in vintage style, where we set a table with breakfasts for an additional fee. When we ordered this type of stay - a private room on the top floor , we expected (based on the photo) that we could also spend time downstairs - in the lobby, in the yard, but in fact such an opportunity was not provided to us, we could only be downstairs while waiting for a taxi.
