Monthly Rentals in Matancitas

We had such a peaceful stay at Casa Oceana. We loved the constant cool pacific breeze, using the outdoor kitchen to make coffee and tacos and enjoying the garden areas. Such a cool off the grid place to stay!

Doug & Susan were great hosts! Very responsive when messaged while affording us total privacy during our stay . Casa Fresca was exactly as advertised, close to the beach , we loved the large rooftop deck and the shadier lower patio, the living spaces were clean & spacious. The vibe is surf/beach casual which we loved. The WiFi was really fast and the place is very quiet & well insulated. There are some small convenience grocery stores nearby and a fun casual local outdoor restaurant/bar called Shaka's which was a highlight of the immediate area as well! The beach is stunning, and not crowded. We would definitely love to stay at Casa Fresca again!

This was my third time staying in a tiny house hosted by Vive Cerritos and I will return again. The location is close to the beach, the place is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Good wifi and Salvador is a great host.
