If your ever in the area if Sugarcreek Oh this is the place to stay. I have stayed here during the Sugarcreek Community Garage Sales. Walkable to Main Street and lots of shops. We ate at Bags p Pub and Park Street pizza they were excellent. This place is everything and more. Perfect for two couples traveling or a family of 4

Great place to stay! Probably a bit of a struggle if you’re on the tall side, but luckily my partner and I are both under 6 foot and therefore had no issues :) we never had any issues with volume from neighbors or the area at all, and found the place super cozy!

Erik is an Awesome host and very attentive. This space is a rare Gem , in a well made older home which still stands the test of time 💝! Erik has definitely put his heart into his home and it shows in every corner. Comfortable, Peaceful and just what my heart and Soul needed !

Beautiful place to stay with Erie Canal in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed!!

It was great, nice and clean/well kept, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and it was just overall a great place to unwind after a day of fun!

This was our second time staying here and everything was great just like before. So it was familiar and we were more knowledgeable about the area and the places we wanted to visit. We were pleased that we got to meet Regina, and since we were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary she gave us some very good suggestions about the best restaurants in the area. We enjoyed several delicious meals during our stay. My wife usually cooked our breakfast in the apartment since the kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to cook. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the Martins fly around while watching the beautiful sunsets. The king size bed is very comfortable and the shower is awesome! Located just a mile north of Sugar Creek, it’s very convenient and private. You’ll enjoy your stay here.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathroom well supplied. Convenient and quiet location. Off street parking a plus. Great value. Highly recommend.

Matthew communicate very clearly and responded quickly and thoroughly when I had questions very thoughtful responses. The space is just as pictured and very comfortable. It was easy to find to close to Berlin and Walnut Creeks. Would stay again when we are in the area.

Heather’s place on portage lakes was great! Very clean, comfortable and spacious! We loved the deck overlooking the lake and the bed was very comfortable. Great location with multiple restaurants in walking distance.

We had a nice stay! Definitely appreciated the sound machine that they provided for road noise in the mornings. It’s a cute town with a beautiful view of the courthouse. There were some nice restaurants and local shops that were within walking distance as well.

This place was amazing, spotless and beautiful, location was perfect right in the center of the town with a gorgeous view of the courthouse right outside the window. We absolutely loved it and want to come back!

Very nice people, always stayed in touch, very flexible

My friends and I have made stopping at the Penthouse an annual kick-off to our summer on our way to Sandusky. Rob is incredibly kind and friendly and even happened to see us bringing in our luggage and offered to help carry them up. Wooster is such a charming little town with lots to do (cute shops, lots of great restaurants/coffeeshops, etc) and the space made us feel right at home, so much so that on our first visit we decided to come back over and over.

Great little town. Lots of shops to see. Jeff’s cabin was cozy and quiet. All the recommendations he gave us were great. Will definitely stay again

10/10 recommend Zachary’s place. Everything was clean, functional, and exceeded our expectations. Loved how private yet walkable the location was. We got coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches at the cafe below and everything was delicious. Will be booking a stay for my parents in the near future! (And for us again before we know it). Thank you!!!

Very nice country setting with waterfront pond view. Very clean and comfortable cabin like unit. Great experience overall. Only negatives would be that only one tiny circlet of soap is provided, when 2 would be more adequate — for bathroom hand washing, and showering. Also the guest on the upper floor was banging things around, and dropping things on the floor around 7 AM, which is ridiculous. With that said, it is not the fault of the establishment’s ownership, as that is out of their control, unfortunately. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our one night.Stay in this cabin! Everything was perfect! very close proximity, to lots of shopping and dining. Jeff was very responsive with any question we had! the only negative was that the pool, sauna jacuzzi was in a fitness center 1.3 miles away, we had to leave the facility to get to, it was crowded with the screaming childre , and the sauna was out of order. by looking at the photos, it seemed that the pool was on site and communal. there was also no charcoal for the grill( not a huge deal.) all in all, I give this place 5 stars. It was a great weekend getaway, and we will be returning!

Cabin was beautiful as promised, loved that we didn’t have a full set of check out cleaning rules, very clean and had everything my family and I needed for our stay!

The place was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the new mulch that was put down, but that can't be helped. I appreciate the cleanliness and the communication.

It was great! The only thing is we wasn’t real sure where the pool was. Other than that I highly recommend.
