Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Massachusetts

I know the area well so I knew the location was great - loved the private beach area and chairs and grills available for use. The room was clean and kitchen stocked with helpful appliances, pots, pans and dishes, etc. Very much enjoyed the stay! I'd say the only thing a little confusing was managing the tv and making sure to remember to sign out of my own Netflix, etc accounts when we left.

Great spot to stay for a quick trip, located in the heart of Boston.

The woodland suite was perfect for our weekend stay! Howard was responsive and accommodating when my plans had changed and was able to update my reservation as needed. The suite looked exactly like the pictures, and there were ample instructions on navigating the area (both for check-in and getting around the resort). The appliances were a mix of vintage for charm and modern for functionality and convenience. There was never a lack of amenities/toiletries either. The only downside, at no fault of the host, is if you happen to have noisy neighbors you'll unfortunately hear everything they do. The building itself seemed to have very thin walls, and paired with ski boots walking around it could get loud. The location though is still great for a ski-in/ski-out proximity

Great location, easy to talk everywhere in town. Just note the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are a bit difficult (but not impossible) for anyone over 6 ft to use. You can really only stand upright in the middle of the room due to slanted ceilings

I absolutely loved the stay. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The view from the house was my favourite. Everything was all good to go and I absolutely loved how everything was organised. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location! Walking distance to Fenway Park and many great restaurants. The host was super helpful and friendly! Would definitely book again!

My travel partner and I stayed in Boston for a convention at the Hynes, and this location was perfect being a short 10 minute walk away. The building itself was beautiful, clean, and very accessible with a ramp outside and an elevator inside. The unit is a room rather than an apartment with enough space for the bed, a sitting nook, mini fridge, microwave and small closet. But because we spent the majority of our trip exploring and mainly utilized the space for rest, it was the perfect size for our needs. The bathroom was very spacious, and the shower was super quick to heat. Just as described and exactly like the photos! The surrounding area was also very walkable, with many food options and the closest train station being a short five minute walk away. It was central with many universities nearby, so we were also comfortable walking around the area at night. Maverick Suites provided clear instruction and was responsive at all times. I would definitely stay again for my next trip!

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, we cooked most of our meals there. It was a perfect layout for our group, so much community space and so many bedrooms. There was no fire pit as was advertised, but we weren’t planning to use it anyway, so it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay there again!

Whole family had a great time. House worked out really well for all of us.

Fantastic stay!! Bryant's place is exactly as described and depicted. If you arrive after dark, there are some daunting stairs but once you approach them motion activated light reveals that the stairs are minor and we'll lit. There is plenty to do in Worcester and almost everything is within 3 miles of Bryant's place. Bryant is an extrememly responsive and helpful host Dedicated off street parking is a particularly nice touch. Bryant's place is very nicely appointed, but the true jewel of the place is the beautiful lake that is in Bryant's back yard. It's easy to spend all day on the deck enjoying the view and tranquility. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house! Recently redone and immaculate. Perfect accommodations for our family’s vacation!

Our two family group of 6-8 had a wonderful time at Elaine's home. It was a beautiful setting, and we loved the cozy farmhouse feel. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the screened in porch was heavenly! Elaine was friendly and helpful, and very accessible, since she lived on the property - but she was also very respectful of our space and not intrusive whatsoever - she really added to our trip for sure! The location was great - very close to all the beautiful Berkshire towns, hikes and culture. We loved our 2.5 weeks there, and wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back and would stay with Elaine again for sure.

Came to Falmouth for the Cape Cod Marathon, great location, will come back for sure.

We enjoyed staying in the area for our daughter’s wedding. The house was just as described and well appointed. Host communicated quickly when we had a slight issue getting into the house (not the fault of the host) and assisted us easily. Perfect for a large group and we made lots of great memories together. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
