Monthly Rentals in Martlesham

The Coach House was exactly what we were looking for to enable us to have an excellent long weekend in Woodbridge area. Location was perfect, house was equipped with everything needed and two good sized bedrooms was a bonus. Communication from Nichola was first rate. We feel fully rested after staying in this lovely rural location, couldn’t wish for anything else.

The apartment is as described with convenient parking in a quiet location. Within walking distance to a local restaurant and Co-op plus fish and chip shop. Ideal for a short stay in Woodbridge and to visit the nearby attractions by car. We had a very enjoyable stay here having been greeted by the hosts on arrival.

A beautiful setting for a relaxing few days away. We saw a muntjac deer in the woods a couple of times and heard many different birds from the rooftop terrace. an easy walk to the local village pub made thus the perfect getaway. The property was very clean and tidy, directions and arrival instructions clear and accurate. I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. Ignore the Airbnb "warning" about no carbon monoxide monitor - there's no gas or oil in the property so nothing to generate CO!
