we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

The hut was absolutely lovely, so much more spacious than we expected! Andrew had thought of everything we could possibly need and was really helpful at check in. Compared to other shepards huts we’ve stayed at, having an indoor toilet was a game changer! It’s clearly loved and well looked after, hopefully we’ll be able to make it back down there at some point! Thank you!

Gorgeous place for myself partner and our nearly 3 year old and 5 month old fox red lab - all the amenities required A beautiful bedroom and relaxEd living space - the farm has plenty of space for walks and off lead enclosed field - Bude is only 20 minutes drive but for dogs Sandymouth and black rock beaches are a must visit with fab cafes x don’t be put off by not being in the centre - perfect excellent value for money- we would recommend the 16th century local pub/ eatery x
