Dawn was really lovely and was always on hand to offer recommendations and advice. Her place was very welcoming and homely with everything you'll need. It's within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and train station, which is ideal if you don't want to drive. I'd definitely recommend staying at Dawn's place and will be booking to stay there again next year.

What an amazing place to stay with fabulous views a lovely outdoor sitting area and very secure for the dogs which we always look for when booking. The place kept giving and giving with all the personalised touches we kept coming across, amazing home made scones and Buck’s Fizz also treats for the dogs. There was milk already in the fridge which was very welcome. Lots of other extras which was very much appreciated it’s clear to see a lot of thought has gone into the accommodation I can’t think of one single thing what was missing if you stay there you will want for nothing at all . 100 % I Would recommend anyone to stay there it is close to Torquay and Cockington, a short drive to Paignton, Babbacome, Brixham etc Catch the number 12 bus and it will take you everywhere the buses are very frequent. An all round lovely place to stay.

Space-time cosy, beautifully decorated, spotless, everything you could probably want private secure ideal if you have a Dog.. The grounds where wonderful much more rent we expected could not ask gor anything more!... book again in an heartbeat actually have done just that.The host are so friendly and helpful make you feel right at home. The pool and decking area and gardens are beautifully laid out!... fantastic place great value for money and would highly recommend with out hesitation so if you are looking for seclusion and a romantic getaw away,this is definitely for you!.....

Lovely accommodation, very peaceful and situated in easy reach of many beautiful places. We especially liked Dartmouth. The pub which was a 5 minute walk served excellent food and the nearby petrol station had a good size store.
