The accommodation is cozy, well equipped for occasional cooking for two and offers a really great view of the coast and the sea. It is a good starting point for excursions (by car) in the area. Stavio is very hospitable and took good care of us. Communication was straightforward. The studio was perfect for our week-long vacation for two. We felt very comfortable here.

We felt very comfortable right from the start and were completely satisfied with the accommodation. In addition to the wonderful terrace with a fantastic view, the accommodation has a very good location. You can reach restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within a few minutes. We are always happy to come back. :)

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the comforts! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location without visibility. Lovely balcony with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. We were personally received in the house at the appointed time and were given a tour of the house and all its features, as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wished for was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

I've been in many places in the world but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. Simply stunning view and well designed house with each bedroom able to enjoy the stunning view. There is everything you in in the house and I mean everything. Swimming pool with excellent filtration and always warm water. Communication with host Paul instant and he is super helpful. I would love to say more but don't want to spoil the surprise when you walk in the first time and see this spectacular place. Would I come again? I will for sure.
