Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

Tiny House on the lake, also called cabin #4

The tiny house is on the edge of a 4 acre pond. Full mattress in a loft, stairs and a handrail to get up, it's a bit over 5 feet for headroom, please note, a loft bed is not for everyone. Cabin is in the woods with bugs, poison ivy, and animals. There are all sorts of creatures swimming in the pond below, along w/ fish and turtles. Fishing is catch and release. If you want to be in a kind of raw nature setting without landscaping, tom, your host, will guide you in this experience.

Whether you're here for the nearby wineries, casino, outdoor adventures, weddings or a campus visit, this retreat provides comfort and convenience. Please note that this space is located on a working farm. From time to time, there will be equipment being operated. We will do our best to stay out of the guests way.
