I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

It was great to have parking included and still be within walking distance of everything!

This unit was stunning. The upgrades were to die for. I don’t know if love the kitchen or the bathroom more. The area was amazing and quiet. There is a tree in front of the window that simply captivates you as you sit in the den and relax. You are not going to want to leave.

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

Home was as described and we had a quiet stay with no issues. No complaints at all, recommend.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Plenty of space for a solo traveler with a decently sized bed. Dueing the hectic weekend of the indy 500 it was a fantastic space to decompress and relax. apartment has a warm, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and parking over the weekend is free and convenient. the host was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. the apartment was stocked with complimentary snacks, drinks and coffee. If I ever return to Indianapolis, the first thing I will do is check the availability of this apartment. 5/5 stars in all aspects, would definitely recommend!

What an amazing air bnb. So much space! The kitchen area was wonderful with lots of room and literally stocked with everything you could think of or want! IMMACULATELY CLEAN entire house! Loved all the little reminder notes-- not in your face at all but just cues for little things! The 2 car garage was wonderful and I loved that it was lockable with a code. Overall just so welcoming, roomy, clean, comfortable, lots of space and exactly what we needed after heading to Purdue 3 days in a row! We knew we would come back to comfort! Thank you!!

We spent a weekend in this whimsical 120-year-old home, and it truly felt like stepping into another world. From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by its creaky floors, vintage details, and all the little surprises tucked into every corner—like the ample supply of board games and entertainment in the living room. The neighborhood is peaceful and wonderfully walkable. Highly recommend!

House is a short drive (or walk if you REALLY want to) from the zoo and not far from the Children’s Museum either. House is cute and cozy with plenty of space and EXCELLENT hot water. Hot tub was very nice. Backyard in general was super cute too. While we didn’t bring any pets, but the house has the basics for your furry friend such as a bed and water/food bowls which I think is very nice because you never know what you’ll forget. We really enjoyed this house for our short stay.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home and would love to return. Anthony was communicative and we enjoyed our time in Fountain Square. You will surely enjoy the location and the space that this home offers.

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

I really enjoyed my two-night stay at Griffin's condo! The apartment is lovely - large for a one-bedroom, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, well-stocked, and the location couldn't be better. You're right in the heart of downtown but the condo is surprisingly quiet and private as it faces away from the major streets. The California king bed is super comfy so I slept well here! It's in a very pretty historic building within walking distance to anywhere downtown, including a grocery store and public transport links. I enjoyed the little Indy touches throughout the decor of the apartment - you can tell Griffin is a very thoughtful host. It's well-stocked with all you could need - extra towels, bedding, kitchenware, granola bars and bottled water, reading material, a cool record player/radio, and a nice big TV. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place for your Indy trip!
