I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Oasis! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the convention center without even stepping outside, thanks to direct access through the skyline. Super convenient! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s very spacious, with two large bedrooms and all the amenities you could need. Whether you're working or relaxing, this place feels like home. Getting around downtown was a breeze—scooter-friendly streets made it fun and easy to reach grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. If you're visiting the area, this is the place to be!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Wonderful location with a spacious layout! The king-sized bed offered plenty of room to stretch out...especially great if you're tall. The area was peaceful every night, and the neighbors were all friendly. Gym, pool, and grounds were well maintained, which made the stay even better. I would definitely book again for business. Good overall. Easy to walk downtown via the canal. The room was clean and uncluttered. The hosts were very responsive.

We stayed here for a girls trip to the Indy 500 and had a fantastic time! The host was very friendly and worked with us to let us check in early, and we had plenty of space for our group. We would definitely recommend staying here.

John’s place was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Nicely furnished. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. John was so helpful, communicated with detail and overall very nice person! Would stay again if we’re back in Indy!

My family had an amazing stay at this home. It was luxurious, clean and cozy. We took the pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen which was well equipped. Also got to watch some movies with the family in the theatre room. The house came supplied with all the baby essentials which made our stay even better! It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Location was amazing to walk to see the Indiana Fever play. Very convenient and felt safe. Directions and instructions from hosts were great! Place was very comfortable.

Great location that was perfect for our family weekend in Indy. Street noise was a little loud from celebrating the Pacer's win, but that didn't bother us! The pool was perfect for our kids and we had a great time staying here.

Excellent apartment. The instructions were very detailed with pictures which made it easy to find the apartment and park. Two rooms with bathrooms was exactly what we needed, however if you have extra people, there's no bathroom access from outside the bedrooms. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge selling point. We really enjoyed our short stay. Excellent location. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the space. It was clean, and spacious. I wish I had noticed that there were loft windows to the family room/kitchen in the bedrooms. It’s my fault for not noticing in the pictures, but the windows mean if the lights are on in the family room the bedrooms aren’t dark so going to bed before other people in the space is not easy. But overall definitely worth the price.

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.
