Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Ragusa

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo & Danila’s house, which is an architectural gem filled with beautiful details and personal touches. Even in the winter time it was very warm and the fireplace added to the feeling of comfort. We loved the peace and quiet that the house radiates, as well as the surrounding sand dunes and beautiful beaches. Thank you for making our stay so magical & we hope to return.

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. In Noto, there are many great places to eat and shop. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

This place was better than what we had asked for. Very spacious, extremely clean, walkable to all the amazing restaurants and farmers market. Francesco responded right away to any questions we had about the area. I can't wait to come back and stay in this location and beautifully clean home.

Salvatore’s apartment was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. Salvatore was quick and easy to communicate with, arrival was smooth, he provided local recommendations and was immediately on hand to help with any issues. We had one small problem with the hot water and within 30 minutes he sent his brother round to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here if in Ortigia.

A lovely house in a fantastic place. Our 2 and 4 year old kids loved it at the beach. We usually had the beach helenally to ourselves. And there was nice beach toys. Good base to visit the baroque towns.

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning, we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

We stayed at Biaggio's luxury appartement for 1 month and had the chance to explore everything in the nearby area as well as some places further away which he recommended and all of them were great. But the best part of course was the appartement itself and Biaggio's wonderful hospitality. During our 6 week trip through Italy he was by far the kindest and most caring host of them all. 10/10 !!!

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

A beautiful spacious property, well equipped and with a marvellous swimming pool in which we swam every day. Alberto and also Nisha were very responsive and helpful. The villa is an easy 15 -20 minute drive to Siracusa.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We were very happy with the place. Great location, the ceilings were high and the rooms spacious. The fact that the bathroom is quite small did not bother us. At weekends it was sometimes quite noisy. Since it is a corner house, there is quite a lot of noise from the outside. Otherwise, we were able to sleep very well. We were provided with a crib & baby chair and contact with Aurora was also reliable and fast. We have left a parasol at the property and hope it can be used by other guests as well.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robin's place. From the first exchanges, his communication was fluid, responsive and caring, which gave us confidence. The accommodation, meanwhile, was impeccable, comfortable and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Every detail seemed designed to ensure our well-being. Amazing air BnB - awesome roof terrace!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return
