Holiday rentals with beach access in Free municipal consortium of Ragusa

Rossella is a very friendly, straightforward and flexible host. We felt very comfortable in their place. The apartment is small but offers everything needed for two people. The sloping roof gives the apartment a great charm. Breathtaking and super beautiful is the large, sunny terrace. The sea, despite the second row of streets, is almost within easy reach due to the height of the terrace (3rd floor). Within walking distance are shopping as well as the beautiful village center of Marina di Ragusa with many restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The apartment on the third floor is only accessible by stairs (the last one a little narrow and steep). You should be good on foot - then that's fine. What a gem! This was our fourth trip to Sampieri and our best stay yet! We absolutely loved staying in Eleonora’s apartment. Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and so close to everything! We will definitely be happy to stay again. Grazie Eleonora!

I don't want to dwell on the location but on the exceptional availability of Rossella (and Maria Vittoria). On the day of check-out she called us asking if we wanted to stay a few more days but unfortunately our flight was leaving. Then we found out that our flight had also been canceled and so she renewed her invitation to wait for the flight to be restored. So in summary I can say that the location is fantastic, cared for with every comfort, strategically perfect (from here you can reach all the sites of interest in Ragusa in thirty minutes maximum) and in any case also the beach of Cava d'Aliga is beautiful. If we add to this that the host is fantastic, we have found a little slice of heaven! Goodbye!!!

I am very happy to review Mr. Giovanni's place, who as a host was really impeccable. The house is about 9 minutes from the sea and has a very well-stocked supermarket nearby. We found the place clean and served everything you need. I would recommend the accommodation to groups and families given the availability of space (indoor and outdoor) and amenities close to the property.

We were there to work (workation) and all the requirements were met (fast Wi-Fi, quiet environment, workspace). Home office with sea view - a dream. For everyday life, the apartment is well equipped and our dog was also very welcome. The access to the beach promenade was great and the whole area suitable for long walks. Meno was always available and helped immediately when, for example, an air pump for the bikes was needed. He even wrote a warning when a storm was announced - thank you very much. We felt very comfortable - highly recommended in winter for remote work.

The place is very clean and perfect for us. It is close to at least two very great restaurants that we walked to. It was quiet and loved the balcony.

Absolutely beautiful beach location with lovely sand and clear blue waters. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped apartment about 15-20 minutes' walk to the centre of Donnalucata along the beach. We travelled as a couple but would be fantastic place to bring children as sea is calm and fairly shallow. Very responsive host.

Very nice place with a great terrace. Quiet and calm neighborhood next to a nice a beach. Chiara is friendly and helpful and everything works well at the house.

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We had a fantastic month at this cozy home in Scicli. Our stay was a perfect combination of vacation and remote work for two freelancers. The apartment was exactly as described, and although there are a few stairs to reach it, it was not a problem for us. Inside, we found all the necessary comforts and accessories, and even more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which made our home dinners more enjoyable. The internet connection, as we imagined because of the location, is not suitable for continuous use for work, but this did not ruin our overall experience at all. Ludovica and her husband, our hosts, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Communicating with them was easy and enjoyable. We are grateful for the positive experience and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you.

We enjoyed staying at this tiny stone cottage a lot. Our highlight: enjoying the evening and sunset on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, but also beautiful Scicli is just 10 minutes away with lots of great restaurants. Felicity was also a great host, and always available for us in case of any question.

Liliana is a wonderful person, she was always very available for anything, in short, a very simple and humble person. The very large house with a beautiful view of the sea of Cava D 'aliga, and the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. So I can recommend this wonderful place to everyone. Also, this low price is nowhere else to be found. I'll be back on vacation next year.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

We had the best time at Villa Antica Aia! Nobody believed that we are really going to stay in such a lovely, clean house with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, a please to cook and eat inside and outside. I don’t need to describe more because the villa looks exactly like on the pictures!! Oriana is the best host we’ve ever had, very kind, polite and always helpful. She welcomed us with apperitivo, showed us around, explained everything, was always available for us in case of questions where to find something. Thank you again and see you next year!

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Spacious and bright apartment, with a sunny balcony. Very clean. It is located on the promenade of Marina di Ragusa, near the pedestrian square with bars and restaurants. Alessandro was nice and helpful.

Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We loved our week in Fabios apartment. Location was second to none, a beautiful beach steps away which was quiet and a lovely breeze all the time, the sea was perfect for a swim. The promenade was lovely and we got lots of lovely walks. Lots of great restaurants very nearby. The locals very friendly. Fabio was a perfect host and answered our queries within minutes. Thank you Fabio, would definitely recommend his two apartments.

The place that Fabia has to offer is unique, very spacious, very close to the sea, with smart and thoughtful amenities. The stay was perfect, we didn't miss anything, even drinks and refreshments were prepared for us. The overnight stay was just like the photos, and even more beautiful. We would love to come back to this place again!!

The apartment is very spacious, with three bedrooms, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The absolute highlight is the spacious outdoor terrace with another kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and even a separate toilet. In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance area, perfect to enjoy the sunset – which was particularly pleasant this time of year as it was not too hot. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Stefania welcomed us very warmly, was always available and always friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and welcome at her place. We have taken many excursions and love to take long walks by the sea – we can especially recommend Donnalucata. Also the cities of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa Ibla impressed us with their beauty and atmosphere. We sincerely thank Stefania♥️!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
