Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marina di Ragusa

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Laura’s AirBnb was amazing and helped make our visit to Ragusa even more special. The home is in a perfect location very close to the center of Ragusa Ibla and made it the perfect walking distance yet giving it a private and quiet feel. Laura also gave instruction for parking our car in a nearby lot which was free of charge and convenient to the location of our stay. Our check in time was very flexible as our original time of arrival had changed to much later than expected, which was no problem upon arrival. Overall the home was amazing as it was made of stone and cave like structure typical of the region yet also boasts many modern and updated appliances. The home also contained all necessities we needed for our stay and some thoughtful treats. We would love to return to this stay again in the future and thank Laura for the hospitality.

Wonderful place and location.

One of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever been to! Stylish, modern, imaginatively furnished... simply fantastic! Above all, the view from the balcony of the old town of Modica is so great!!! Will definitely visit again. Marcello gives the best tips and is super nice and friendly. :)

We enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's place. The home is beatifull and has lots of room and space including a nice patio to sit out back. The location is "interesting"; on a big intersection but well located to use it as a base to to explore other areas (we visited Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi) and at the same time a 5 minute drive to the lovely beach of Spiaggia Lido d'Avola. Although Jacopo was extremely helpful and responsive, a set of instructions and a list of recommendations for the area would be helpful when you arrive.

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. In Noto, there are many great places to eat and shop. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

Rudia's accommodation is a small treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a visit, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: this is a great place to spend your holidays.

Good space with great views over the city. Well equiped kitchen. Second bedroom and larger outside terrace are accessed via a narrow staircase, but there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor too. Would suggest parking above/behind Duomo di San Giorgio on Corso Francesco Crispi for an easier walk, especially with luggage.

I recommend, everything was fine

I am very happy to review Mr. Giovanni's place, who as a host was really impeccable. The house is about 9 minutes from the sea and has a very well-stocked supermarket nearby. We found the place clean and served everything you need. I would recommend the accommodation to groups and families given the availability of space (indoor and outdoor) and amenities close to the property.

This is a well thought out, comfortable apartment that was built tastefully and with high quality furnishings. Space feels like a luxurious hotel suite but with privacy and charm of a lived in home— it was a perfect, relaxing stay for us as a couple. The balcony up top with an outdoor shower is a super nice touch, I highly recommend spending time out there in the mornings or at dawn when the swallows fly. We also enjoyed the location, as it was quiet and didn’t feel touristy at all, yet we were very close to the city center. The neighborhood cafes/bakeries were all excellent, as per host’s recommendations. Silvia, the host, was kind, helpful and very fast with her responses, it was a total pleasure to chat with her. Fully recommend this apartment!

This is an amazing property which looks even better than the photos . The quality of all the items from the bed linen to the kitchenware are all top quality not what you would expect from a rental. The property was spotlessy clean throughout and the two terraces were fabulous. On saying all this the star is the host Francesco who collected us in his car from the bus terminal and on arrival at the property had lunch of delicious Sicilian food waiting for us and also a very thoughtful gift . He was also super quick in responding to any questions we had and his local recommendations for food were spot on. Five star +++ all round

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and always communicated super fast and uncomplicated. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with all questions. The WiFi is stable and is also well suited for video calls, if necessary. I would definitely come back and can only recommend this apartment.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

They say perfect is impossible. Here Maria, the host, has achieved the impossible. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful as well, we had a great time relaxing and looking out at the boats. Maria was incredibly hospitable, with a flexible check in and also providing information on the area. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable stay!

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic base for our 5 nights in Ortigia - accessible on foot to everything we wanted to do, about 10 minutes from the InCoop supermarket which supplied us well for cooking in the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Lots of thoughtful/artistic touches, from artworks to bathroom and kitchen supplies. A wonderful place to be, great style to the apartment, with a very comfortable bed and fantastic views from all three balconies/out of the bedroom window. Having a washing machine was super-helpful too! Manuel was a very welcoming host, explaining the way things worked and gave plenty of local recommendations plus other local advice. The description is very accurate, including the 65 steps from the street to the apartment- unless this many steps will be an issue for you, I’d highly recommend booking this apartment. If I was ever to return to Siracusa I’d definitely want to stay here again.
