The apartment is full of character and is in a great location allowing you to easily walk to all of the wonderful attractions of Ortigia. Rita was a great hostess offering lots of advice and guidance. The apartment was really comfortable and we would love to go back for another visit. Thank you!

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

The apartment offers an incredibly beautiful view and the best sunset view. However, one should be aware that the apartment is located directly on the promenade with many restaurants and it is a bit noisy - especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Alberto is super friendly and has always accommodated us. The amenities are great.

Great condo in a historic building with original flooring. It was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay in Ragusa. Valeria and Federico were really helpful - they provided us with recommendations, helped with parking etc. This place is about 30 min walk to Ragusa Ibla and accessible to other attractions in the area.

Miriam and family were wonderful hosts. They personally escorted us to the apartment on Ortigia Island and made the process a breeze. We really enjoyed Ortigia Island and Miriam's apartment is a perfect place to explore it. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

We spent 2 months in this apartment and it was a very pleasant time. Great location, equipped with everything. We highly recommend it!!

Perfect location - you can pop out for a swim in the ocean just a few steps away, or head down to vibey restaurants, yet the home is tucked away in a quiet street so you don’t get woken by the street noise. The home is really functional for travellers - washing machine, drying rack, iron, clean sponge and detergent! Loved the restored floors of the master especially - you’re living IN history! Simona is super responsive and flexible, and helped us find and sort out parking which you really need as a tourist in the old town. This is a perfect base to explore Ortigia!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were perfect and the area was walkable. Viviana’s recommendations of where to eat/shop/go to the beach were very helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Nothing to say, very cozy, well-kept, clean and comfortable apartment. Scicli amazes by its beauty and elegance, shops open even at night...to visit! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to go back!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

This was one of our favourite stays in Sicily. Comfy beds, blockout curtains. Fabulous kitchen with quality pans and necessities. Glamorous bathrooms. Excellent communication. Lovely gifts on arrival- including prosecco and sweet biscuits. Great location with easy parking but totally walkable to all the sites. Best location in Ortigia as it is hard to access by car and you would have to walk for ages with bags to other apartments. Host was absolutely delightful. Could not recommend more! Huge bedrooms and showers.

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

We had the most amazing stay at 'Flying Whales'. It was super easy to find and Leandro's mum, Rosy gave us great instructions for our arrival. She also left us some wine and goodies which was super thoughtful🥰 and even checked in with us by text during the holiday to check all was good. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish and the icing on the cake is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular views. It's an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia and we were sad to leave, but hoping to come and stay at your lovely apartment again.

We are delighted with these three days spent in Syracuse with Fabio. The accommodation is extremely well located right next to Ortigia. We easily found a place to park. The accommodation is well equipped and very quiet. Fabio always available to answer our questions, I recommend.

Great location with a beautiful pool and lots of sunlight due to the orientation of the property. The parking is secure behind a gate, and it’s especially convenient if your car has decent ground clearance. The check-in process was smooth and easy, even without the owner present. Although the host's English isn't perfect, he is very friendly and communication was never an issue. The single usable floor is nicely furnished, and it was a lovely touch to have olive oil, vinegar, and salt available in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There's also a good BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, and the peaceful rural area with a sunny pool was a highlight. A few improvements in the kitchen and minor fixes could make the experience even better, but the positives definitely outweighed the small details.

This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely experienced some depression upon checking out the space was so great. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Will visit again… and again!

Our stay at Jo and Davide‘s place was more than amazing! This place is beautiful with everything you need! We stayed with three girls for our first visit to Sicily! It was the perfect location to explore the south of the island. Must see‘s are Scicli, Ragusa, Noto and much more! The hosts shared a lot of tips! Our highlight was the pool with the stunning view! We want to highlight that the place is even more beautiful than on the pictures! Thanks Jo and Davide! We will for sure come back!

We enjoyed our time and would like to thank Gianluca and his family, especially Maria and Sebastiano for taking so much care of the property. We have been invited to an Aperitivo with Sicilian wine and food, we loved it. We can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to stay around Noto/ Marzamemi. Gianluca is always happy to help and support where needed.

Together with my family and my little dog, we stayed for a weekend at Giovanna's villa and we were very satisfied. The beautiful villa with modern interiors and equipped with all comforts, with a beautiful swimming pool outside equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and a patio ideal for relaxing evenings. The sea is just a few hundred meters away, and you can reach it on foot via a small road. The beach is beautiful, clean, and uncrowded, making it an ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. In addition, the property has sports equipment and bicycles that allowed us to take pleasant rides to the center of Scoglitti, along the promenade. A commendation also to the hosts Giovanna and her husband Antonio, they are really exceptional, very caring, service-oriented and scrupulously attentive to detail. I recommend the place and we will return in the future, because it was a very positive experience.
