A few steps from the beautiful beach of Pescoluse called the 'Maldives of Salento', easily reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, we find this comfortable house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 6/7 people. The house has a lovely veranda completely furnished with where you can eat or enjoy relaxing outdoors. Inside we find a large air-conditioned living kitchen with sofa and TV and a complete bathroom with shower. Downstairs, also air-conditioned, there are 3 bedrooms (one triple room and two queen size room) and a second full bathroom. Each room has windows and the main room also has a small private patio with an external sink. There is also a comfortable barbecue, an outdoor shower and two bicycles to easily reach all services and also the beach. Quiet and private area, surrounded by greenery, with free parking in front of the house. Bath/bed linen available only on request. Pets allowed on request with extra charge. The tourist tax of € 1.35 per person per day up to 7 nights is required, from 1 June to 30 September. Children under 18 are exempt. Size: 75 m2. Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
