Beach house holiday rentals in Marina di Pescoluse

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, Paolo, for everything – you’ve set the bar impossibly high!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit einem unglaublichen Meerblick, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Von hier aus kann man die Küste gut erkunden. Supermärkte haben wir in Nachbarorten gefunden. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber für die wunderschönen Tage in der modernen Wohnung.

Siamo stati benissimo!! Stefania è stata carinissima a darci consigli per la zona, nel comunicare per il check in e nel salutarci alla nostra partenza. Location fantastica proprio su spiaggia e un piccolo porticciolo. Noi eravamo lì all’inizio della stagione estiva quindi super tranquillo ma con un bar carino aperto a fianco dove prendere un caffè o un drink. Tornerei molto volentieri!

Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

Wir kamen wegen Verspätung unseres Fluges spätabends an. Cosimo's Eltern haben uns trotzdem sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und uns sogar noch eine Pizza besorgt. Das Haus ist perfekt, schön ruhig, bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es war alles an Grundausstattung da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen durchdachten Details ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Schatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, und unter der Woche waren keine Leute da. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche.

This home is just what you hope for when you think of a seaside trip to Italy or Greece. I have stayed at MANY Airbnbs over the years, and this was one of my absolute favorites. * such a charming spot - overlooking the ocean, with a stone path down to the sea and an incredible swimming cove. Goregous turquoise waters, ladders to get in/out, tons of rocks to jump off of, great waves. We swam many times per day, loved being able to go from sea to house and back again * house is so charming. Old stone style; front and side patios. Tons of shade which is critical on hot summer days. The house is small but perfect for a couple. Renovated bathroom; bedroom that has a curtain divider into the living room/kichen; tons of outdoor space; Great WiFI, A/C, etc. There is even a small washing machine. * the hosts are the best; an incredible warm and generous Italian couple who made us feel welcome. They had the house stocked with coffee, pastries, prosecco, jams. We can't wait to go back!

Il soggiorno a Santa Maria al Bagno è stato impeccabile, così come il signor Claudio, simpatico e sempre disponibile; l'alloggio pulitissimo ed in una posizione strategica, dall'appartamento si ammiravano tramonti stupendi, vicinissimo a tanti servizi ed al mare;

L’appartement est magnifique et très confortable. L’atmosphère est très paisible, l’énergie est reposante, la terrasse qui donne sur la mer est grande et agréable. En somme, on se sent bien dans cet appartement ! Et la vue est splendide ! Vous pourrez accéder facilement à tous les endroits magnifiques qu’offre le Salonto. Très facile de se garer en bas de la maison. Marta est extrêmement gentille et donne de très bons conseils ! N’hésitez pas, vous serez très bien là.

Enea ist immer erreichbar und hilft, wennman ihn benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, nahe dem wunderbaren Meer. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet.

Super hôtes. Marta et Stefano ont été de supers hôtes. Attentifs et proactifs à nos besoins. L’accueil était parfait. Des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. On ressent des personnes bienveillantes et très attentionnées sans être intrusives. La qualité du logement décoré avec tellement bon goût a été un vrai plaisir à vivre. L’accès direct à la piscine naturelle et à la grotte étaient vraiment à portée de pas. Un vrai rêve éveillé. Le tout était incroyable et merveilleux. Nous recommanderons à notre famille et nos amis et nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Ottima villetta in una posizione strategica Vicinissima alle spiagge più belle di torre dell’orso, baia dei turchi, torre specchia San foca, grotta della poesia, faraglioni di Sant’Andrea . La villetta indipendente, si trova all’interno di una specie di piccolo villaggio con altre case simili ed a piedi è possibile raggiungere una piazzetta con macelleria market tabacchi edicola ecc. Vicina anche al centro di Otranto e di Lecce. La casa è molto bella e grande, noi eravamo in 4, (due coppie) e sono disponibili due bagni e due stanze separate. ha tutto l’occorrente (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e prodotti per la pulizia) , la doccia esterna è top, idem il barbecue. Il check in e che out con Natali sono andati molto bene, all’ arrivo ci ha consigliato spiagge/posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. La comunicazione con lei e Orsi (che non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere) è stata ottima. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti :)

Tutto meraviglioso casa stupenda,propietario super disponibile gentilissimo,un oasi di pace posizione comodissima per sposarsi in pochi minuti si arriva ad Otranto e alle spiagge. Che dire grazie Luca di averci fatto sentire a casa a presto

La posizione è centrale e perfetta per esplorare la città a piedi, con tutti i principali servizi e attrazioni a portata di mano. L'appartamento è moderno, pulito e ben arredato, con una cucina attrezzata e un comodo letto. L'aria condizionata funziona bene e il Wi-Fi è veloce. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e pratico per un soggiorno in città.

The apartment also is stunning, big plus the large terrace with shower on the roof top, the courtyard was great for breakfast and the aircon was a blessing as it was a really hot week! Wonderful home, beautifully decorated, could not ask for more and will definitely be back!
