Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Pescoluse

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

We stayed 3 days in the home, which with its 2 roof terraces is superbly located with a fantastic view of the sunset. The relatively few square meters are well utilized and tastefully decorated, and it was easy to find parking within a short walking distance to the apartment with a recommendation from Ivan. Only on Sundays/holidays, you should be aware that parking is not allowed due to the market. The small town has plenty of bars and several good restaurants. There are cards to a nice sandy beach and several down the coast, and along the beach promenade there is a nice walking / running / cycling path several kilometers in both directions along the bay, if you also want to exercise. Good location for excursions to the slightly larger nearby towns and attractions. Clearly a place we'd like to come back to. Both for the quality of the home and the area's amenities.

We had an amazing stay at casa coco. Marco was an excellent host- communication was amazing and he was always happy to help. The apartment is gorgeous and we could not get over how beautiful the terrace was in real life! The location was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone 😊

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

Incredible historic house in the middle of Otranto Old Town, in a quiet passage, and next to everithing. Very comfortable, very spacious and newly renovated. The parking permit the property has is very useful and saves money! We had a wonderfull stay! Otranto is really a place to visit!

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

Nando’s house is simply superb, it is a beautiful home, with plenty of space, stylishly decorated, with an incredible terrace. It was impeccably clean & everything you could want is provided. It is an easy walk to town, where there are beautiful beaches & great restaurants. The parking permit was very helpful to use. Nando provides a great guest guide with all the local recommendations. Nando himself met us to check in, he is warm & friendly, & all his communication before & during our stay was great & very responsive. He was a truly great host, & ensured we had a perfect stay in Otranto. Highly recommend staying here & would happily return.

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

Views are amazing, plunge pool was perfect, AC was excellent. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely rustic villa, with sea views. Great location with an easy easy walk to town with cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed a quiet stay and parking was available in the street.

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. We can’t say enough about our stay in Otranto. Giuseppe was responsive and accommodating and also provided assistance above and beyond what we expected. He was there for anything we needed and made our stay even better than we could’ve hoped for. The location was spectacular and the home beyond beautiful. The decor and furnishings selected made you feel you were in the palace it once used to be and it was so comfortable! A perfect place to cook a lovely dinner - it had everything we needed and more. Also perfect to return to after a day out to enjoy the soft sea breeze and unbeatable view with a nightcap and conversations of a day well spent. The location was in the heart of historic Otranto (parking was no problem!) and was walkable to restaurants, shops & the weekly market where we bought fresh mozzarella and vegetables for our lovely dinner. This was the perfect location to enjoy Otranto and take day trips to other Puglia gems. We highly recommend and would stay again!!

We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less-traveled road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. Wonderful apartment with three bedrooms, all with own bathroom. Everything present what you need and the terrace view is amazing. As clearly stated, the stairs are challenging, would not do it with small children or any disability. But the stairs are like an ancient building- beautiful! We had an amazing time, thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed the conditions offered by Alberto's place, we had a very good time in the tranquility before the tourist season. From Marina di Mancaversa is easily reached in localities such as Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca... also, one day you can see many of the tourist resorts on the South Ionian coast (Torre San Giovanni, Torre Suda, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Torre Vado, Pescoluse, Lido Marini).

I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace with the view of the sea is simply fantastic and on foot you can quickly reach the old town. Clear recommendation!

Staying at Alessandro’s was perfect for our vacation. It is very peaceful and quiet, the terrasse and private access to the sea were worth ot already. Also it‘s a great location to explore the region from a less touristic starting point. Would have chosen this airbnb again! Alessandro and his father were always there for help, super friendly and the place was more spacious than it looked. Can highly recommend - thank you for everything!
