House holiday rentals in Marina di Campo

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We had a wonderful time at Federico's. The apartment is very nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything. The only small drawback was the shower cubicle, we had the whole sliding door in the shower twice. We will definitely be happy to come back ✌️

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Villa Messina I would rename it sunsets.. we spent in this luxurious house for a week and every night we were able to admire spectacular sunsets, the house is abundant with a very large living room, double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Private pool with spectacular sea views.. we had a good time, very quiet and quiet , just outside Capoliveri away from traffic but convenient starting point to visit the entire island. David was very helpful and made us find the baby bed as we requested. 5 stars + . I hope we'll be back someday.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Federica was very nice and provided us with all the directions to facilitate our arrival. The apartment met our expectations, clean and tidy... nothing was missing! Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i would recommend it without a second thought.

If you want to stay in a quiet and typical place of an Elban city, go to Francesco! Once found, the car park near the tennis courts allows you to park your car for free near the apartment. As it says, the square is 100 steps away and you will find a nice bakery/grocery store for breakfasts, a bar for evening cocktails and 3 restaurants. In addition, Rio Marina and the sea are only a few minutes away. In short, we had a great stay in this place, clean and well decorated.

We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

You have beautiful views from the apartment! Sea views, sunsets, view of Corsica... The kitchen is well equipped. Although the landlords live right next door, you always had your privacy and they are very friendly. perfect if you want a lot of nature and tranquility and to explore the west of Elba...

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you

A beautiful complex with a fantastic terrace. The view of the sea is gigantic! The house is very clean, the bed and sofa very comfortable (great mattresses), the outdoor shower simply wonderful! We have recovered very well and will definitely come back! Thanks Franco for the great communication!

Andrea informed us after booking that he cannot receive us on site. The documents he provided to us in advance have covered everything you need to know and allows for a smooth and flexible check-in. The location from the house is quietly located with ideal beach proximity and it is nicely decorated. We lacked nothing! Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

The apartment is very nicely located and offers all amenities. In the kitchen and in the bathroom, everything you need is available. The apartment is rather small, but the balcony and outdoor space expand the space. The check-in and the instructions were done in person. An excellent choice for us.

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

Extremely pleasant week-long stay in this beautiful apartment, decorated with great taste and intelligently designed. Located in the historic center of Capoliveri, with immediate access to all the activities offered by this charming village. Very well equipped and functional apartment. Despite the exceptionally high heat for the season, we were able to create quite bearable conditions thanks to the fans and by creating drafts, mainly in the living room. Thanks to Birgit, we had a garage near the apartment, which was a real luxury, given the difficulties in finding a parking space at certain times of the day. Last but not least, the apartment has a comfortable and generous terrace, with an exceptional view of the island of Montecristo, where we were able to have our breakfasts and a large part of our evening meals, enjoying the fresh evening air.

Our stay at Nicoletta's was very nice! The apartment is very centrally located and with the bicycles you can reach everything even faster. Everything was very clean and just like in the pictures. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation in Capoliveri was also great with baby. Everything is within walking distance, numerous fantastic beaches can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes. In mid-May, it was not too crowded - sometimes we were alone on the beach in the sun. Many thanks to Lucca for the great tips and the help in the apartment.
