Beachfront holiday rentals in Marina di Campo

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Si nous avions pu mettre 6 étoiles nous l'aurions fait ! Le logement est parfait ! Très propre, tout les équipements nécessaires sont la (même les glaçons !) Il est également très bien situé avec pleins de petites boutiques et de bons restaurant juste à côté. L'arrêt de bus pour rejoindre la très belle plage de Biodola se situe à moins d'une minute à pied, c'est très pratique!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Alice. Die Unterkunft ist nur 1 min vom Hafen in Portoferraio entfernt, entsprechend ist man zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und findet viele Cafés und Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Alice war super und sie hat uns dabei geholfen, am Ankunftstag einen Parkplatz zu finden, was sich bei der sehr zentralen Lage doch etwas schwieriger gestaltet. In 5-10min Fußweg findet man aber normalerweise etwas (wir waren im Juni an Pfingsten dort). Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt auf Elba!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage bei Wilma in ihrem Apartment verbracht. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse, einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen, bequeme Betten. Ausstattung mit italienischem Charme. Das wichtigste kann in einem kleinen Minimarkt in nahegelegenem Campingplatz eingekauft werden z. B. frische Brötchen. Sehr schöner nahe gelegener Strand mit Tauchschule, E-bike Verleih usw. 2 schöne Fußwege nach Capoliverie. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie Wilma, Giovanni & Milly

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Vaporina agli inizi di luglio. Casa Vaporina è dotata di tutti i comfort, pulita, ordinata e rispecchia appieno quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Ottima la posizione proprio al centro della vita cittadina. Il parcheggio non è prossimo all'abitazione ma facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti; è comunque possibile il carico/scarico a pochi metri dall'abitazione. Francesco è un host attento e sempre disponibile. Esperienza consigliata.

Un’incantevole posizione, unica nella sua esclusività. rigenerante per la mente Spazi generosi anche per 4 persone con una terrazza che vale l’intero soggiorno!!! Spero di tornare presto a trovare Paola, persona squisita e disponibile

Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist einfach top 🥰 und beide Terrassen toll zum Sitzen und Verweilen. Wir hatten in der Wohnung alles was wir brauchten und konnten gut schlafen (AC ist schön leise - Zimmer auch für die Kids dunkel genug) und uns erholen ☺️! Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (wenn auch steil) und es gibt dort 2 Restaurants in denen man gut essen oder mitnehmen kann. Das Wasser ist superklar und sehr ruhig und flach. Es bietet sich an ein SUP + Schnorchelequipment mitzunehmen sonst ist es ggf etwas langweilig. Von uns klare Empfehlung!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima nella casa di Serena ed Alessandro, a pochi passi dalla tranquilla spiaggia di Seccheto. Ambienti ben curati, uno spazio esterno che abbiamo sfruttato al massimo sia a pranzo che a cena nonostante il caldo di fine luglio perché in ombra quasi tutto il giorno! Ottima la doccia esterna (con acqua calda e fredda) usata da tutti (cane compreso!) al rientro dalla spiaggia. Certamente consigliata!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Das Anwesen ist super ruhig gelegen, mit toller Aussicht – besonders von der großen Dachterrasse. Sehr viel Platz, zwei Terrassen mit Lounges, schöner Grill, top ausgestattete Küche und alles blitzsauber. Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen funktionieren einwandfrei. Man kann direkt vor der Wohnung parken – sehr praktisch! Die gesamte Anlage ist riesig, mit liebevoll gepflegten Grünflächen, Blumen und Pflanzen – einfach idyllisch. Laura, die Gastgeberin, ist herzlich, engagiert und immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles gezeigt. Der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Salzwasserpool ist auch super, liegt ca. 2–3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt daneben befinden sich zwei andere Apartments, weshalb wir dort etwas zurückhaltender waren – kein Kritikpunkt, nur gut zu wissen. Insgesamt ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Toller Blick vom Balkon und sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Küche hat alles was man zum kochen braucht. Neues Badezimmer. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Host molto attenta alle esigenze degli opsiti, gentile e disponibile; alloggio impeccabile con servizi di livello (su tutti il campo da tennis e la piscina), situato a due passi dal mare. Veramente una bella esperienza.

es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Nach der ersten Woche Aufenthalt haben wir sogar frische und neue Bettlaken und Handtücher bekommen. Gloria hat uns mit allen Anfragen geholfen. Es war super und wir werden sehr gerne erneut diese Unterkunft buchen. Aussicht war ein Traum.

Marta ist eine super Gastgeberin, herzlich und extrem hilfsbereit! Wenn man gute Archtigktur zu schäzten weiss, dann ist die Wohnung ein wirkliches Erlebnis. Aussserdem ist der Ort unglaublich schön gelegen und einfach perfekt, wenn man sich erholen möchte. Capo d' Arco besticht mit seiner familiären Atmosphäre, gut unterhaltenen Facilities und der wunderschöner Narur. Ich hoffe ich kann wiederkommen!

Wir haben 2,5 tolle, erholsame Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und Eleonora und Michele sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeben. Wenn wir wieder nach Elba kommen, kommen wir auch gerne wieder hier hin!

Wir hatten zu zweit einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Antonella. Die Wohnung ist hübsch (siehe Fotos), gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Da es heiß war, haben wir von den Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern profitiert. Der Balkon ist groß und durch eine ausfahrbare Markise gut beschattet. Wir fanden die Lage am Hafen top, allerdings ist (siehe Beschreibung) stets bis 23 Uhr Leben auf der Gasse, muss man wissen. Antonella wohnt im selben Haus und ist gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit aber nicht omnipräsent, Privatsphäre wird respektiert. Wir mussten sehr spontan aus einem anderen Ort umziehen, sie hat das möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank.

Appartamento nuovissimo, silenzioso anche se nel pieno centro del paese, ottimamente tenuto, pulitissimo, con ambienti spaziosi e piacevolmente vivibili, arredato ed attrezzato con tutti i confort di una casa in cui vivere e anche di più. Dotato inoltre di tutti gli essenziali per la cucina , per il bagno, biancheria per il letto (che abbiamo trovato già fatto), trapunte nuove estive e invernali, materasso e cuscini comodissimi biancheria per il bagno tutto di ottima qualità. Gli host, gentilissimi, ci hanno inoltre aiutati con i bagagli. Siamo stati benissimo. Super super consigliato!

We loved the location ..5 min walk from beach and bus, 10 minute from shops, groceries and restaurants. The location was so quiet. The bed was queen, firm and comfy. The shower was powerful and towels absorbent. The kitchen was fully equipped, big fridge and garbage near. Loved hanging on the deck. Small but comfortable for 2. We’ll be back.

Ho soggiornato a Casa Bolina di Luca e Tanya una settimana, nella metà di Maggio. Con me c'era anche mia madre invalida, su sedia a rotelle e il nostro cane. Abbiamo trovato due persone splendide, pronte ad aiutarci in tutte le necessità di cui avevamo bisogno, ed è stato davvero molto importante per noi. Li ringrazio infinitamente! Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla, facile da raggiungere. Ordinato e pulito. Consigliatissimo

Vi har haft en fantastiskt vecka i Misas boende. Utsikten från balkongen är underbar och vi har ätit många goda måltider där. Lägenheten motsvarade förväntningarna. Köket är ganska litet men fullt funktionellt, kan dock vara bra att tänka på att kylskåp och frys inte rymmer så mycket mat åt gången om man har tänkt att äta en del måltider i lägenheten. Det har inte varit ett problem, men kan vara bra att veta om i förväg. Misa var mycket vänlig och hjälpte oss med tips för att hitta fina stränder. Marina di Campo är ett mysigt litet samhälle där de bekvämligheter man behöver finns, såsom affär, apotek och bageri. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta fina boende!

Alloggio grande e con ogni comodità, perfettamente pulito e ben tenuto. Luogo tranquillo a 2 minuti da Marina di campo. Patrizia molto gentile e disponibile! Ottimo !!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

Bilocale vicinissimo al centro, facile spostarsi a piedi e anche raggiungere il mare. Luca gentilissimo e disponibile sia prima dell’arrivo che durante la permanenza. Non mancava davvero niente, pulito e immerso nel verde sul terrazzo (con la compagnia di tante caprette) Consiglio 👌🏻
