Beachfront holiday rentals in Marina di Campo

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Gorgeous location and views

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

We stayed at Casa Vaporina in early July. Casa Vaporina is equipped with all amenities, clean, tidy and fully reflects what is indicated in the listing. Excellent location right in the center of city life. The parking is not close to the house but easily reachable in a few minutes; however, it is possible to load/unload a few meters from the house. Francesco is an attentive and always available host. Recommended experience.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic and Rosella was wonderful host. Beautiful location on the water with gorgeous views and water access. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Great location and hospitality

Very beautiful and exceptional place to stay. Great view from the balcony and very nice property. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New bathroom. The rest of the decor is tastefully decorated.

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

it was all as described in the ad. After the first week stay we even got fresh and new sheets and towels. Gloria helped us with all inquiries. It was great and we will be very happy to book this place again. Views were a dream to be in.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

We spent 2.5 great, relaxing week at the place and felt super comfortable. The place is exactly as described and Eleonora and Michele are very friendly and accommodating hosting. If we come back to Elba, we'll be happy to come back!

The two of us had a very pleasant stay at Antonella's. The apartment is pretty (see photos), well furnished and equipped. Everything worked out great. Since it was hot, we benefited from the air conditioning in all rooms. The balcony is large and well shaded by an extendable awning. We found the location at the harbor great, but (see description) there is always life on the alley until 11 pm, you have to know. Antonella lives in the same house and is easily accessible and helpful but not omnipresent, privacy is respected. We had to move very spontaneously from another place, she made it possible. Thank you.

Brand new apartment, quiet even if in the heart of the village, well maintained, very clean, with spacious and pleasantly livable rooms, furnished and equipped with all the comforts of a home in which to live and even more. Also equipped with all the essentials for the kitchen, for the bathroom, bed linens (which we found already made), new summer and winter quilts, mattress and very comfortable pillows, bathroom linens all of excellent quality. The hosts, very kind, also helped us with our luggage. We had a great time. Super super recommended!

We loved the location ..5 min walk from beach and bus, 10 minute from shops, groceries and restaurants. The location was so quiet. The bed was queen, firm and comfy. The shower was powerful and towels absorbent. The kitchen was fully equipped, big fridge and garbage near. Loved hanging on the deck. Small but comfortable for 2. We’ll be back.

The apartment is in a great location, very central, although in a very busy area, excellent sound insulation. we found it clean and tidy. Claudia was nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Luca and Tanya's Casa Bolina for a week in mid-May. My disabled mother, who was in a wheelchair, and our dog were also with me. We found two wonderful people, ready to help us with all the needs we had, and it was really very important for us. I thank them infinitely! Excellent location, quiet area, easy to reach. Neat and clean. Highly recommended

We have had a fantastic week in Misa's accommodation. The view from the balcony is wonderful and we have eaten many good meals there. The apartment met expectations. The kitchen is quite small but fully functional, however, it may be good to keep in mind that the refrigerator and freezer do not hold much food at a time if you have thought to eat some meals in the apartment. It hasn't been a problem, but it can be good to know in advance. Misa was very kind and helped us with tips to find nice beaches. Marina di Campo is a cozy little community where the amenities you need are available, such as a shop, pharmacy and bakery. We can really recommend this nice accommodation!

We had a very nice time in the very well furnished apartment. The location is stunning, right by the sea/stand and if you get up early enough you enjoy a wonderful sunrise. Letizia was always available and provided immediate relief if needed. Thank you
