My second stay at Andrea’s place did not disappoint! I was in town for work and found this spot to be a restful oasis after a busy day! I will return!

I came here for a procedure at New Directions Fertility Center (NDFC) and am so glad I booked Tim's place! it's conveniently located across the street from a supermarket, close to a bus stop that'll take you to NDFC, and walking distance to old town Scottsdale. The place itself is very relaxing and has everything you need. Nicole, the co-host, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place! 😃

The house was as described and suited our needs well. We appreciated being able to do some cooking and we even used the beanbag set one day. It, including the garage, was very clean. We even walked to the nearby golf course and park so as to get some exercise. Thanks for the stay!

Nayeli was a great host for my 2 month stay. Very responsive to questions, and even had a new coffee maker sent to the unit when the one there decided to quit. The location is very walkable, and Sloan, where the Cubs play, is across the street. Kitchen is well quipped. Bed was very comfortable. There is a pool but I didn't have time to use it. When I was asked to work a half day on the day I was scheduled to leave, she extended my departure time. I recommend her and this unit.
