Holiday rentals with a patio in Maribyrnong

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

Such an amazing apartment with a homey feeling! The gin for the start was a very thoughtful gift and a lovely touch. Despite being placed in a very concise block of buildings, it was so quiet that we wondered if anyone lived in the building! Great location, walkable distance to the most amazing restaurants, cafes & markets! Highly recommended! We will be back!!

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! Marina is a good host. Her place is good value for money. Very nice location, close to river and park. Good place to jog ot go for a long walk along the river. Great view from balcony. Few minutes walk to the Highpoint mall. Close to Airport and CBD. Lots of cafes around (10 mins drive). Can easily fit 13 guests. Overall a very good experience. 5 star 🌟.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Melbourne! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. The location was ideal — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and some fantastic local spots. It made getting around Melbourne a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay at Michael’s house. Was very clean, spacious and modern with lots of heating and cooling which was really good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

The place was in a great location and amazing views from the balcony! Some fab local restaurants and coffee places. Everything was smooth with check in and out. A few issues with items in the apartment but have given feedback to the owners and sure they will sort out.
