Apartment holiday rentals in Maribyrnong

Peta and Daniel's place is well appointed and ideally located. We spent a week there and didn't feel like anything was missing. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for yourself, the unit was very clean and spacious for 2, with plenty of storage space. It is very well located. A 6minute walk to good restaurants and cafes along beautiful treelined streets. Access to public transport (with many options) was a 5 minute walk away. We'll be back. Chris & Anna

Very Beautiful spot

Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

The apartment is clean, very well appointed, and provided nice extras like a range of teas and cooking condiments which were appreciated. The bed is comfortable, the shower is spacious, and having laundry facilities is also a bonus. A lovely, comfy, and conveniently located apartment, which was excellent for my short stay. The host/s were also responsive and very accommodating when my plans changed. I will be recommending this apartment to friends.

Shannon was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The trams are one block away, the supermarket was two blocks away and it was only a little further to the trains. I also enjoyed walking by the river, which is about a kilometer away. The master bedroom has a north facing window. Thanks Shannon!

Nicole's apartment is superbly located for any visit to Melbourne, with amazing panoramic views of the tranquil Maribrynong river and walkways yet within easy access of the city and surrounding Victorian countryside and beaches, which can be visited by train, Footscray station is accessed by a regular bus which stops outside her her door or by walking along the river through Footscray gardens, 20 mins.The apartment also offers a secure car park and there are a plethora of eating options close by.If you want relax soak up the view the apartment offers everything you need to self cater.This is a must place to stay for anyone visiting Melbourne.

My priority was that it was a great location for visiting family in the area, but it is also easy walking distance to a few restaurants, great coffee shops, supermarket and getting the train or the tram into the centre of Melbourne to explore the City. The apartment is very well equipped and to a high standard. There is a washing machine and the apartment is warm so if you need to wash clothes they dry quickly on the airer's provided. Could not fault the apartment at all and excellent communication with Rose at all times.

Martin's apartment was perfect for our needs and was a great location. Everything we needed was there. Martin was super helpful and provided really clear instructions to make the check-in process easy.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Apartment is beautiful with amazing view from the 70th floor. Very clean and new just as pictured. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD where most great restaurants and cafes are located, with Coles just across the road. Will stay here again.

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! Slip into a blissful oasis like paradise.. My second time staying at Sammy’s, it was as amazing as my first stay! Sammy goes above and beyond as a host, truly makes your stay so pleasant having such a wonderful host. There is so much to do in this air BnB. It’s an introverts dream! You have everything you need could need or want. The best sleep in Melbourne. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had a gorgeous sleep. Comforting atmosphere, relaxing.. Thankyou once again, looking forward to many more stays ✨

A beautiful and clean place to stay. There are plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies which exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient too - it’s easy to go to different places with just a few minutes walk to the metro station. The car park is easily accessible too.

Wonderful spot to stay! In the middle of the village. Opposite the station, near all services. Highly recommended.

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Wow! Fil is a great host! The view from this place was amazing and there was so much to do in the area. Contacted Fil a couple of times - he was fast to respond, thoughtful and cares about your experience. Two thumbs up with the five stars - !

The house is right opposite The District Docklands, which I really want to find. The host was very helpful with the instructions and quick to reply. The house itself was very nice, clean and have all the essential amenities to make my stay comfortable and feels like home. The view was superb and pretty. Highly recommended!

We have no words to describe the beauty of this sweet and cozy place. This stay added more glow to our holiday. Me and my partner loved the view, the surroundings, easily assessable trams, swimming and spa. Everything was as per the description and Shu she is very responsive and always ready to help in need during check in and check out time. Will love to visit again. Thank you Shu😊

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.

Matt's place was a wonderful place to stay in the city. Walking distance to lots of places and activities. The apartment itself was clean and quiet. Matt responded to my messages in a timely manner and was very helpful. Will definitely stay there again
