The apartment is ideally located. The decoration is perfect and you feel really good there. We recommend this place without any hassle.

We had a lovely stay at Sebastien and Audrey's, we were visiting Narbonne for the weekend. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment: Les Halles and the city center are in the immediate vicinity and the Grands Buffets are less than a quarter of an hour walk or 5 minutes by car. Communication with Audrey is easy and the apartment is very well equipped.

Very beautiful apartment and matches the photos and description. Responsive host at any time. Very modern and very classy with private parking space so no problem for you to park. I recommend it and I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

Pierre's house was beautiful! I stayed with family of six adults. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle who showed us round. The house is perfectly and stylishly kitted out with everything you could need. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, eat meals, swim and play table tennis! We spent most of our time there when not out exploring the region. Pierre recommended the Vin Bikes wine tasting tour. Highly recommend this. Amazing electric mountain bike tour of the local scenery and vinyards with a local guide, followed by wine tasting with local cheeses under the shade of a large olive tree. It was perfect. The location is great for driving to several iconic historical towns, cities and beaches. Pierre and Michelle were always reachable to answer any questions. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again! Very clean house, well-equipped, with quality equipment. Special mention for the well-stocked library and the many board games, not to mention the swimming pool and the trampoline that delighted the children — it was just in time, screens were banned this weekend! My son even discovered a new passion for the synth... The only downside is that I'll have to buy him one now 😉 I couldn't explore the surroundings because I was there for a soccer tournament with one of my children, but those who stayed at home fully enjoyed the setting. Quiet neighborhood, very welcoming and responsive host. I would recommend it in a second.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also first class. Each bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Great weekend spent in this villa! Super clean, super pool. The equipment is also at the level of the capacity of the villa: very large fridge and barbecue. Possibility of parking several cars in front of and in the villa. The concierge is super responsive and accommodating. Just a small note: the villa is in a residential area with very close neighbors, not necessarily identifiable in the photos.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.
