Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Maraussan

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Warm welcome from Nathalie and Eric. The house was very clean, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. The wifi is excellent, and the air conditioning works very well. The environment is very quiet, the Canal du Midi is nearby and a convenience store is within walking distance. I recommend it.

Needless to say more than PERFECT! The house is large, clean and very bright and the host is very kind and responsive . Special mention for the huge stay and the 10/10 pool….

We were in this holiday home as a family with a dog. It is very private and the pool is just great with children. We liked it very much there and the host was very friendly and always very easy to reach. We can definitely recommend this place.

We stayed a weekend at Gaëtan and Joseph's, who are very available and attentive hosts. We were able to discover Béziers and beautiful places, whether cultural or gastronomic, thanks to their good advice. The apartment is really very clean and functional. Everything is within walking distance from the accommodation! Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness! We will definitely stay with them again if we have to come back to Béziers! We had a wonderful time staying at Karyne’s place. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and the town centre very close by, and the apartment itself is very quiet and private. Karyne was incredibly thoughtful with her instructions and very responsive with any question we had. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Narbonne.

Nice quiet location, you're on the edge of the small village. you stay in what must have been the granny annexe attached ro their house, converted partly from the garage. it has everything you need with washing machine and a pool as added bonus and some nice outdoor seating areas. The hosts are just next door if you need them but I barely saw them and didn't need anything. 8 minutes drive to a really good supermarket. Great value stay.

Very well equipped accommodation, nothing missing, from linens to cooking utensils or media area everything is available. Air conditioning/heating is a plus as is the well-positioned terrace. Julien and Laetitia's place is very clean, spacious and perfectly arranged. We had a great time and would recommend. Will and Angelique.

Very good exchange with Damien, accommodating for the delivery of the keys. the accommodation is spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable, good bedding, bright and very clean. we felt like we were being welcomed by friends. We recommend it 100% and will be happy to come back.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located near the Canal du Midi and the village center. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a great stay and are ready to do it again.

We had a nice stay at this peaceful cottage, beautifully decorated and located close to many tourist attractions. We were able to visit the vineyard, the towns of Béziers, Pézenas, Sète, two abbeys, go to the beach, etc... without traveling too many kilometers. The pool was very appreciated to cool off and the small terrace allowed us to have our breakfasts and dinners outside. Well-equipped and functional gîte.

We had a great time in this small, very well-appointed, clean and beautiful nest. Christine has always been responsive and the exchanges were fluid and very pleasant. In this hot weather, the studio is very cool. We'll come back for sure.

It is a very spacious, clean and cool apartment, very comfortable, it is 15 minutes from the train station and 25 minutes from the historic center of the city. We were able to enter before check-in time, which allowed us to take advantage of our time in the city.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.
