Holiday rentals with lake access in Marathon

we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

A perfect getaway for wanting to be near the main attractions of the keys, but still in a peaceful location. The unit is very spacious. It was plenty of space for me and my other guest. The TV on the outside on the dock area was the highlight for us! Plenty of amenities available that we didn’t get the chance to use. I would definitely come here again!

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend

Great house. The host was extremely responsive with all our questions and requests. It was great to have such quick access to the ocean and easy docking. The pool was great to have for the kids and cool off after a day on the boat. Overall we would love to come back.

Our stay in Key Largo was absolutely perfect! We were staying at another unit and decided to extend our vacation and were lucky enough to have Phil's unit available. The unit itself was amazing — spotlessly clean, cozy and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved amazing water views from both the screened-in balcony and patio - which was perfect for our wine nights and morning coffee. The community was just as impressive, with 2 pools, a peaceful saltwater lagoon where you can kayak, and a lovely beach area by the pier complete with chairs and tiki umbrellas. If you're considering booking — do it! This spot is a hidden gem and probably one of the best stays we've had in the Keys. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great place in the Kawama Yacht Club community. We really liked the convenient location of the building, as it’s close to the entrance of the community and the pool area. The pictures don’t show it, but the pool area is visible from the relaxing lanai. The apartment is clean, comfortable and nicely renovated and decorated. Exactly as described and seen in the pictures! Great spot!

We had the best time staying here. We enjoyed staying on this side of the island and we liked the airport view. The noise was very minimal. The complex was active and everyone was kind. Great to have reserved parking under the building. The unit was great for 3 people (one couple) and provided an awesome spot to come back to.

We visited Key Largo with another family to attend a swim meet in Islamorada. Rich was an outstanding host! Gave clear directions for check-in/check-out and was quick to respond to all of our questions. The townhouse is in a gated community, so there is some added privacy and security. A small rocky beach and a jetty close by make for a nice place to view the sunrise. There are multiple restaurants and stores within a few-minute drive from the place to grab a quick bite to eat or get supplies. We loved that the place had multiple levels with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax after spending a long day in the sun. Definitely worth the trip and we'll be back for sure!

The place was exactly as pictured over looking the marina. The fire pits water side were very nice. The property is very walkable for morning and evening walks. Hot water was a problem when we arrived, limited hot water in kitchen And bathrooms. Maintenance came and turned water temp up. Golf cart did not work upon arrival. We were given a different cart the day before we were to leave, so used it once. I would think if carts are offered and paying for them within the nightly fee, they should make sure they work. The place is a good home base. Angela was very responsive to problems .Thank you for that. Yes, I would stay again and enjoy the pools !

Terrific airbnb location! We celebrated my wife’s graduation and our family of 5 and our beloved ESA Apollos had a great time and plenty of space. The apartment had a beautiful back patio/walking area that lead to a fun beach/lagoon that was inside if a private community. We had so much fun and wish we could have stayed longer. We weee even permitted to check in early, which we really appreciated after our drive down from Miami. I highly recommend this unit and we hope to be back soon! Thanks again Rich

Damaris’s place was super clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. It was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Great location close to many restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon and watching a beautiful sunrise at the jetty. Highly recommend!
