Beach house holiday rentals in Marathon

Wonderful Stay! Place was super clean and nicely decorated with minimal decor. (Sometimes places are over decorated and busy) Beach Towels were provided. Kitchen was organized & clean. Pool was nice! We brought our small dogs and the grounds were very pet friendly. Jessica’s recommended list of restaurants was spot on! Had a great time eating at several of the places. Would visit again and recommend to others.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Paradise in the Heart of the Keys! Our stay at this vacation house in Marathon was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! We came down for a weeks vacation brought two boats, plenty of space on the docks. Communication with Meredith was great. Great location.

We had a great week at Kari's place. We were blown away by the view from the terrace. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. The use of the nearby Cabana club was a real bonus. Colony Key is about an hour from Key West, so it was well located for all sorts of activities. Would love to return one day. Thanks Kari. Had a great week at Yunis place! Her house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more especially for cooking which was nice. She had probably the most comfortable bed, sheets and pillows I’ve ever used. I loved how it was clutter free and didn’t have any breakable decorations down low around since we had our two toddlers with us. The pool was the perfect size for us and it was great to relax outdoors. We even saw Manatees swim up to the dock. 10/10 would recommend this spot.

We had a wonderful family vacation getaway at Katie and Cody’s place. The house was very clean, and the location is great as well with accessibility to food, Publix, and great beaches. Our favorite aspect of the house was the small pool. Our teenagers played in it endlessly, and when they were gone we enjoyed relaxing on the pool floats. Communication with Katie was top notch. She always responded quickly and had great follow through with any issues we had. they definitely go above and beyond to provide resources of fun activities and resteraunts in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for family vacation or guys fishing trip. Plenty of dock space to park the boat and easy access to the Atlantic. House is clean and all amenities worked as they should. Would definitely recommend to a family or friend. Mary was a great host who provided all information without even requesting it.

If I could rate this stay a 20, I would. We came across the listing last June, after wanting to try something different on our annual trip to Marathon. It looked perfect for our family. What I didn’t expect when we arrived on April 16, 2025, was to be blown away. The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is STUNNING. I felt like we were walking in/staying at a brand new house as the very first guests. The colors, the furnishings, the level of coziness brought to this luxury beach house was unmatched. The towels (bath and beach) were plush and soft. Pool speakers. The bar! I mean everything. The kitchen was stocked with what you need - high end gadgets, utensils that actually work, and every pot and pan (organized). Immaculately cleaned. And then the views. Holy guacamole. My dad parked himself on the main floor deck and didn’t move for seven days. Airbnb was right- RARE FIND. Amanda - you are the hostiest host in the world. Your communication was 💯. Beautiful clean inviting home! Comfortable and felt right at home. Our family had a great vacation here! Location was perfect for our stay as our family loves to Scuba dive, snorkel, fish, explore museums and nature and just relaxing and eating out.

Book this house! Very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need from pool towels to kitchen amenities! The house is in a quiet area with ample parking and only a couple minute drive from all the restaurants and attractions Marathon has to offer. A few key features to note. The screened in pool and outdoor outdoor shower were such a nice touch after being on the boat all day, the ice machine was priceless to refill the boat coolers everyday and not have to spend a fortune on ice at the bait shop! Beds were comfortable, couch was large and accommodating for my family of 4! The house was clean and bed linens were good quality. Plenty of outdoor seating from chairs to loungers. The fish cleaning station and power plug in station for the boat were a nice touch. Vaca Cut was a short 5 minute boat ride North or you can head South by boat 5 minutes to the 7 mile bridge. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

The house was great. Close boat ramps to put the boat in not far from the house. Everything was as described or better/bigger than expected. Enjoyed our stay here.

The place was perfect for our needs. Pool, tiki hut, and canal were great. The beds were comfy as well. Daileny was quick to respond and accommodating.

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

Beautiful place. Extremely peaceful! We enjoyed all the iguanas outside the fence.

Cute spacious condo. Loved the big balcony and patio furniture. Pamela sent lots of local food and attractions recommendations. Our flight was delayed and she went over and turned lights on so we would be able to see when we arrived at what turned into 3 am. The pool was nice and the view beautiful. Sunset beach was walking distance and we enjoyed every night. Would stay again if we do go back and visit the Florida Keys.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

What a beautiful peaceful place!! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Honestly, it was so hard to leave. Our family loved fishing out back on the dock and we loved sitting outside in the comfy chairs reading in the peaceful quiet. The mattresses were so comfortable and so was the couch. They even had games provided for us to play. The cabana club is awesome and the pool is nice and refreshing and clean. There was lots of space to spread out and rest and also to cook and watch movies. So many good amenities and things that were provided so we didn’t have to buy as much at the store. Thank you so much for such a thoughtful visit. Michael is a very responsive and flexible host as well. There are so many things in Marathon that are close by to do as a family and we loved going to the animal aquarium, encounters, and snorkeling at different beaches. It’s not too far from Key West either and we enjoyed our trip down there for the day. We will definitely be back!!

A Perfect Keys Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay at Anglers Way in Islamorada! The property was spotless, charming, and perfectly located—just steps from the water. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, comfortable beds. The outdoor area was a true highlight: peaceful, beautifully maintained. Largo was incredibly friendly and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out smooth and easy. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet slice of paradise in the Keys!

Wonderful home on canal that opens up to gulf. The home had everything that was described and was comfortable with AC. Cannot think of anything we needed that was not there. Terrific views from balcony. Saw lots of wildlife including manatees and the iguanas were fun to watch. There was a double and a single kayak to use as well as bikes to get around as the traffic was busy. There are close neighbors next door but they were quiet. If you want a place to relax, this fits the bill.
