Amazing stay. Would recommend

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Our stay was perfect, great facilities you don’t need to think about anything! They were very accommodating for our family , especially with providing a full size cot for our 7 month old. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I had no concerns and would 100% be returning!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This house is really well equipped with everything you might need even Sunbeds and beach towels. It is in a lovely quiet and safe complex close to the sea.

Hosts are extremely nice! House was like it was described, nice, brite and clean. Area was really peaceful.

We stayed for month and this was the perfect place to explore the city, everywhere was walkable. The house itself was really well equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. In a quiet location, the roof terrace was great for eating and relaxing, but close to all the city's facilities. Davo's, the local bakery, was open all hours and full of temptations and inexpensive. Good bars and tapas in nearby Plaza San Francisco, and if you fancy it the Michelin starred Magoga restaurant is well worth a visit (5 mins walk) The integral garage on the ground floor was perfect for when we had a hire car which we used to explore the region. Best beach was Calblanque in the national park of the same name, it has no facilities so taking a picnic in the house coolbox was essential. Would highly recommend this home and a visit to Cartagena.

Very nice and quiet place, super clean, in untouched nature. Perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Miguel and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. The restaurant is beautifully traditional with very tasty food. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed it a lot to stay in this amazing villa. It has a perfect location, with the beach, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

A perfect stay. From our arrival to our departure, everything went very well. The accommodation is really very clean and matches the photos perfectly. The large courtyard, warm and sheltered from any view is really a plus. The bedding is also a positive point, unlike what is regularly found in mobile homes, Silvana provides "real" bed bases and mattresses in the rooms that allow you to have a good night's sleep. The welcome is very good, Silvana explained everything to us well, in addition she is very attentive, checking in on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, then preparing cold drinks and snacks for us.

A lovely little house. Private shaded patio area leading out to the communal pool & lovely sunny roof terrace. Has everything you need for eating in. Beds are very comfortable too. The sea is 2 minutes walk from the house & had a few nice cafes open even in November! I really enjoyed my stay.

Great house to stay in and just 20 steps to the Mar Menor. Close to lots of restaurants and off street parking. Spacious, clean and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Good communication and we were lucky enough to check in early. Thank you Lara

Jose was very kind and helpful. You needed just ask and he replied fast and when needed help he helped. He is the best landlord what we ever have had after many years using Airbnb. He also recommended some restaurants which was nice. The place was clean with beautiful scenery. And amazing sunsets, perfect location to see them every evening. Nice and quiet neigborhood.

The house was absolutely amazing. Great facilities, clean, spacious, beautiful front porch with direct access to the very calm beach (Mar Menor). Always a beautiful sunset by the end of the day. 50 meters from the Mar Maior (Mediterranean) beach both beaches with calm water and water temperature for sure above 30 degrees in the Mar Menor.

A wonderful stay in Spain - the villa was even larger than expected and in a great location, with all the facilities one could ask for. Great support work from Spainhome on helping us navigate a few (very minor) issues - fast to respond and with a complete solution each time. Highly recommended.
