Beautiful place in the countryside that was very convenient for getting into Basingstoke. Also had a well equipped kitchen area.

an amazing barn stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super kitchen as we love to cook. Very modern place and I downloaded an app to turn on/off lights. Lots of room, comfy bed and fantastic en suite. Lovely outside seating in private garden and a bbq if needed. Extremely small village which only has a pub but it's only 5 minutes walk. This is a place for people who love a relaxing tranquil stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had a most delightful stay at Rose Cottage. Clare and David are absolutely exceptional hosts. Airbnb often refers to places being “a rare find” but Rose Cottage truly is!!! It is not mentioned in the inventory but there is also a toaster and a kettle and many generous extras that make this exquisite little cottage so enjoyable. As a gardener, I absolutely loved ambling through the cottage garden which was in full flower and buzzing with bees. Thank you to you both for enriching our stay. 😌
