This place was perfect! It was super clean and had everything we needed. I sent a message to Mar late one evening that we were staying in a poorly kept air b&b and we wanted to relocate asap. She replied almost immediately. We were in the place at 12:30pm the next day. The porch is nice and large. The extra amenities made it extra special. We loved every minute of our stay.

I was visiting and decided to stay for the night. Karen's place was perfect! It is located just of the main roadway, perfect. Very clean and Texas cute! I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Loved the stay!! Mindful of the ocotillos/cacti right next to where you park and around the property - midnight walks in sandals leads to finding cacti with exposed appendages!! Haha. Was a great place to relax under the stars, was close enough to Big Bend we felt able to exit the park to run back and get stuff and head back in, and it’s outside of Terlingua; there may be passing traffic but it’s few and far between. We made use of the kitchen that was stocked with new pots and pans, utensils and seasonings , the bathroom felt spacious and was stocked with toiletries people may have left behind, and we were VERY glad it remained insulated during the hot days and cool nights . Only bit of note - I feel the listing says sleeps 3? With a bed and floor mattress — perhaps a couple and their young child could partake, but two large 6’2+ brothers, there was no cuddling in the main bed and the other was resided to a knee-high, twin-size cot. For others’ consideration ! A great stay overall!

Christina is a great host. She took care of an issue before we even knew about it and let us know the process. The Airbnb is in a great location with access to both the Big Bend National Park and the Big Bend State park. It is also walking distance to Lajitas Resort area close to the golf course, great bar and restaurant. The place is roomy and accommodating for our needs. The back porch has a grill and was lovely. The bed is a full/double bed and its best if guests bring their own amenities.
