You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Tasman was very responsive and helpful throughout the duration of our stay and the place was exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

Really enjoyed my stay. Visited during a really rainy week at Bondi and was comfortable to hang at the place when it was too rainy to go out. Close to local eats and coffee and lots of shopping. Lorena was quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns.

Caroline’s home was fantastic - situated in a great location in Manly walking distance to the beach. The house was larger than I expected w a well equipped airy kitchen and lovely separate living area. Cute outside area w bbq also. Really appreciated being able to have our dog there as well. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

I must say that this is the very Best AIRBNB experience Ive ever had; Ian has set a truly exemplary standard of attention to detail, sense of place, aesthetic experience, cutlery etc. demonstrating the best sense of Northern Beaches Sydney Style. That bed!- crisp warm and snug after a tough day of business or exploring , was a rare treat indeed. Dont get greedy Ian, but the Best value & quality of experience for the funds I have seen out of AirBNB. This is a noisy roadside position, yet the Architecture was beautifully quiet to experience; I found the little round table a little low for computing, but found the stools & bench just fine for that work An Outstanding experience, from the no-fuss acceptance of booking to the simple no-Key lockup system- ; I surely hope I may stay with your place again; an Outstanding experience when a number of more prosaic AIR BNB stays are priced at almost extortionate levels. Beautiful home, immaculately presented. Bright and fresh, with high ceilings and real character. So close to the beach, surf shops and restaurants. Just a fun place with a lovely vibe. We wanted to stay longer. Joanne, our host was amazing throughout.

We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Hilde was welcoming and extremely accommodating. She met us on arrival and helped us to get settled. We felt very welcome, and very comfortable. We requested her to accommodate more friends for lunch meetup, she responded promptly and accepted our request. She provided us extra stuff/furniture for comfortable lunch get together. House was neat and tidy with lot of furniture, Kitchen items and plenty of towels for the shower, pool and beach. We used kitchen oven, induction and other items to prepare lunch items/curries for lunch get together. This was a spectacular experience. would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a relaxing time away from a busy lifestyle. Thank you Hilde for your support and it was great to hear your life experiences.

Loved our week in Newport. The pool is the hero and in fact the photos don't show the full size of it, so that was a lovely surprise. Kieren was really great and responsive. Newport is really well located. Took in palm beach, mackerel beach and cycled to west head when we could drag ourselves from the spa and pool.

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

Thank you Marty & Lindsay for a glorious weekend and warm hospitality. After a few rainy days, it was so lovely to spend the weekend with blue skies overlooking the beach. The Beautiful furnishings matched the coastal feel. Clean tidy. Quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The Little extras made it special, like speakers we could connect to. An easy TV to use with streaming services. Lovely deck to see the beach. Beautifully styled bedrooms and living areas. Candles throughout that created a warm ambience, as well as long cozy fire. Waking up each morning, able to have a choice of tea, hot chocolate or coffee (pod coffee machine). We didn’t need to leave. Yummy pizza was delivered within 20 mins. Would definitely come back 🩷🩷🩷

A really beautiful property - recently renovated and impeccably styled. Nice and private, with a great outdoor deck. Amethyst was amazing - super helpful with a last minute booking, super responsive and made our stay great. Very grateful and had a really great time. Thank you :)

Super easy check in, amazing views, and everything you could need Loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at Freshwater. The house was great and within easy reach to freshwater village/beach and Manly. The place was lovely and the beds were so comfortable which was great after an action packed day. There were some really nice touches such as milk, wine and other things so on arrival you didnt have to immediately go to the shop. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good spot on the northern beaches. Next time we return to Sydney we would definitely look at this property again if available.

We had a splendid family getaway at this beautiful property for our father’s 68th birthday. Everything was perfect, the home was stunning and wonderfully equipped. Fun games, amazing view and a fireplace for the rainy autumn weekend. When the sun came out we explored Killcare. Beach was gorgeous, just a 5 min walk.
